Great service from Dean (over from Derby store) and Joe in Nottingham. Hubby is so indecisive....they were very patient, helped give him loads of choice and he actually managed to come away with a pair of trainers he loves! Thanks guys!

Delivery was OTT as I was demanded to show photographic ID to take the package.
Returns confusing so I called where I was treated fabulously and very efficiently.
Made a order return to store which, took a bit of time (under staffed) but was easy.

Please please don’t buy from schuh I’ve never had such poor customer service in my entire life! I bought some ankle boots online two weeks ago and the soles have come away and I’ve only worn them a handful of times. I spoke to customer services and in order for
me to get a replacement let alone a refund they want me to travel a 44 mile round trip to take the boots into store for a management inspection. I’m a disabled blue badge holder and severely immune compromised and they want me to do this during a pandemic they very kindly said I have up to five years to make this trip to return them. Or alternatively I can ask someone else or post them at my own cost! It’s absolutely appalling at a time when I’m in one of the highest covid areas been told only essential travel and not to travel out of my local area Schuh want me to potentially spread covid for a replacement pair of £19 boots! It’s ridiculous especially when I’ve sent them photographs of the cr*p boots! Ive now opened a case with PayPal so hopefully I’ll at least get a resolution that way! Please don’t buy from them they’re the most unhelpful, greedy and selfish company I’ve ever known!

I had over ordered and the brand were small in their sizing, and Margaret sorted out the returns and reissued the correct size item straight away the last one in the land!. She couldn't have been more helpful. Friendly really efficient and went that extra mile. Made my week . Thank you Margaret.

Terrible customer service with limited returns. Do I want to drive miles and miles to find something convenient for them? No. Do I also want to pay £2.50 to cover the returns cost when I’ll have to pay to send them by Royal Mail? No. Do schuh care? No. Enough said.

I had an amazing experience today in the Westgate in Oxford. Eric the sales assistant was so friendly and helpful with all his advice for my daughter who purchased a pair of Vans. He gave us some fantastic advice about putting an insole in the vans to support her high gate which now has corrected the problem and now she can wear the vans she wanted. The rest of the staff were also so friendly and welcoming. Best shoe shop in Oxford. Thank you so much
