Ordered some boots, courier claims to have delivered them but can't provide any proof. Schuh state they won't refund me as the delivery note has a signature on it, strange as I was 80 miles away on the day they supposedly delivered them. Will be taking this further

Warning Schuh use the most unreliable courier company in the UK even for their next day delivery option been waiting 4 days and still no item. Schuh customer service are useless in chasing each time I contact they say it’ll be out for delivery tomorrow but still nothing 😭
Update 01/02 still nothing and no response from Evri other than on a Trustpilot review.
Final update, Schuh have cancelled my parcel and I am now waiting for refund. I asked them if they always use Evri for next day and they said yes they use Evri for all deliveries.

"Left £100 trainers on road to be stolen "
Courier left my parcel in the street instead of my safe place. It was stolen. This company refused to help me, would not send my trainers or refund even tho there was photo evidence of the courier dumping my £100 trainers on the pavement in schuh packaging. Courier marked as signed for and showed on his own evidence that I wasn't home and did not sign for. No urgency or care from schuh so here's their review as I promised.

I ordered a pair of trainers on standard delivery and they were delivered in about 27 hours - very impressed and even more so for living in north of Scotland!

Purchased a pair of Steve Madden trainers in November they badly discoloured after weeks of wearing.
No matter what I did to try and clean them, it didn’t improve.
My friend returned them to store and the point blanked refused to exchange or return.
I messaged SCHUH on Facebook and I had a reply advising me to go back to the store and request the manager to action my complaint.
Upon returning to store, I was met with contempt and attitude.
Eventually with my persistence the manager said “it will be easier for me and you, if I agree an exchange”
No need for the show down and lack of customer care…not to mention his arrogance.

Schuh delivery agent FedEx has misdelivered my shoes. I received an email saying parcel delivered but FedEx had delivered parcel (not from Schuh) for other address to my house (not for me). I contacted FedEx immediately via report missing package, who told me to contact Schuh. I never signed anything but yet FedEx provided PDF file as proof that signed for with printed my initial, and mismatch with the timestamp from the cctv footage. After 2 weeks and outcome of their investigation, Shuch finally provided the resolution. I'm happy they have support via WhatsApp too. Great discount on their website and stores compared to Amazon or other sellers!

"TERRIBLE SERVICE"
TERRIBLE SERVICE. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I have now contacted the chatline twice regarding the delivery of my order. It was due to be delivered on Monday 13th, so far every single day I have woken to an email delaying the delivery of the parcel by another day, the exception being Wednesday the 15th where delivery was attempted! I needed this parcel for the weekend (18-19th) just gone and have still even now not received it after confirmation on Friday 17th that I would receive it Monday 20th. I spoke with an operator earlier who confirmed she would send me an email to update me on the situation. I have since received this email in which she has explained that they have attempted delivery three times… this is a point blank lie because either my partner or I have been in every day since Thursday last week. They have now offered for me to be able to pick it up from Camberley, which is going to cost me 40 minutes in the car and all the fuel that is consumed in the trip. This is simply appalling. Really really terrible. Why you associate with a company such as FedEx is baffling in itself…

Disgusting company stay well away they never ever delivered the shoes got a refund from them but now they claim that the shoes were delivered and return them but I never received it but they are taking the dopey driver side and making me out a liar and a thief and they are going to send the dopey driver back to resolve something I've never received in the first place made out to be a criminal absolute joke

My experience is terrible with ordering and returning item from this dodgy company.
There fake review on their site about the items. Everyone saying item is comfortable and fit. In reality it was worst than Pound shop shoe.
I tried to speak to customer service, they cut the phone off.
I only got lost from ordering this shop.
