"Changed my address automatically"
While ordering a pair of converse, I was putting in my address as anyone does while shopping and it automatically changed itself to be shipped to my local school instead of my house! I then emailed to have this changed the day I ordered the shoes and they emailed me back the next day saying that they had already been despatched and said they couldn’t fix it! I am outraged

"Firstly in store at Inverness"
Firstly in store at Inverness, service was very good. Unfortunately didn't have the correct Van trainers in my sons size so they ordered them online for me. Asked if I wanted to sign up to receive a £5 discount, no brainer. After trying my email, realised I must have previously signed up they still gave me the discount!! Trainers arrived the next day to the house, free delivery(also free to return label enclosed in box which wasn't needed)
All in all cannot recommended Schuh highly enough, excellent stuff.

"Instore service incredibly good"
A solid, well deserved five stars..I was looking for some converse at last minute as a birthday present.. tried the horrendous JD sports whom tried to sell me a pair off display ones shoved in an undersized box under the pretence they were new … I found a schuh a few miles away (Teesside retail park) and rang them to see if they had any..the contrast couldn’t be any starker.. very very helpful staff, both on the phone and instore... and they had a much better pair in stock which were a damn sight cheaper and they even give me blue light discount… The shoes were packed in a very nice way .. Can’t recommend them enough.. Thanks Schuh

"An absolute disgrace of a service"
An absolute disgrace of a service. Spent €240 on a pair of Sinclair Dr Marten boots, when they arrived the boots were two different sizes! Rang straight away and was told a replacement pair would be sent. So I sent back the incorrect sized boots. The next pair arrived, (late, I might add)and they were two completely different boots, one was a Sinclair and one was a regular dr marten. No response from customer service and when we finally got through to the local cork city branch we were told tough luck, none in stock so we could get a refund or store credit. Absolute disgrace of a service!!

Purchased shoes instore to find that one shoe was damaged upon return home.
Spoke with online customer services who suggested this was simply 'the style of the material'.
They offer NHS staff a discount but insult our intelligence when we have a query.
Avoid at all costs.
