"Customer Experience "
Agent AP customer service is quick when inquiring about products on the US, International and Canada site.
However, they don’t carry the same inventory for all the countries which makes purchasing items part of a set complicated. Some items are sold out in the US, but available in Canada and vice versa. They don’t even make price adjustments when the item goes on sale and the size is still available on their website instead they ask you to create a return. They don’t include duties so returns are even more complicated.
As a long time client of AP, I don’t understand why the inventory is not available to all countries especially when always being shipped out of the UK.
It’s even worse in the Middle East, UAE, no one even responds to email inquiries. They’re not even the same company. The company in the UAE automatically redirects to their website so you’re unable to purchase the items which are only available in the US / Canada.
After all the years being in business, the customer experience is quite disappointing.
Of course Agent AP is a great brand, with quality products, but the customer experience is definitely lacking.

Fantastic service from Riccardo in customer service, he kindly helped me with a Black Friday discount after I placed an order just before the launch. This kind of service is not always available from big companies. AP is definitely to be recommended.

very bad service,
very bad after sale customer care.
Because is not very intelligent to ship 4 different items in one unique box, and do not provide at least some single envelopes for the items (that, by the way, would increase the brand visibility and reputation).
Probably they think to be smart so to make the customer pay a shipping for each item.

If I could would be zero stars! Their sizing is so small. I purchased a set in my usual size but needed to exchange it for a bigger size. Tags still attached, unworn just tried on. The set is still on sale on their website yet they refused to accept the return?
