"Dreadful customer service"
Dreadful customer service. Don’t waste your money. Rubbish lingerie which doesn’t even fit. Their sizing is SOO small. I purchased a set in my usual size but needed to exchange it for a bigger size. Tags still attached, unworn just tried on. The set is still on sale on their website yet they refused to accept the return? I can now see why their business is failing/closed so many stores

I needed to buy a gift before catching my train to Washington DC, and I was running out of time and needed help picking out sizes and styles of lingerie before I miss my train. As soon as I walked into the Soho store, a beautiful woman named Jo greeted me and was of much help.
Jo knew the product very well and knew exactly what I needed and she was a life saver helping me determine the correct size as well. Jo performed excellent customer service for AP and her professional salesmanship needs recognition. The other associates were fabulous as well, though, Jo is my #1 and is greatly appreciated. Lovely inventory and store. I will be shopping there soon again for i’ve always been a huge fan of Agent Provocateur. Thank you Jo 💋

Be careful!!! I would not recommend ordering anything fromAP, they are not customer oriented. I recently placed an order for items that were on sale but not marked as final sale. I’ve been a loyal customer for 10 years and haven’t had any issues with returns, but before placing an order, I decided to check their return policy just in case and it didn’t say that the items that were on sale were not returnable. So since a few items didn’t fit, I decided to return them. I reached out to AP customer support and they informed me that they items were final sale and not eligible for returns. The website the accepts the returns was for the UK, but I didn’t know that. I asked customer support to forward my request to their manager and the manager told me the same. It’s disappointing to have spent more than $10K on orders, only to be treated poorly and confused by the brand’s return policy. After 10 years of being a loyal customer I didn’t expect such a negative experience and that their reputation costs $600. I won’t be buying anything from this brand again. And I don’t know what to do with all that stuff I can’t wear 😢

Good luck when requesting a return. It is basically impossible. Really bad customer service. Never purchasing from this brand again. The quality of the lingerie is not the best either. Not worth.

Wish I had seen all the bad reviews. I have been a long standing client having spent thousands at AG but never again. Like many others on here I barely tried on a corset, sent it back and was told it would not be refunded as it smelt of perfume. It seems to be a ploy by this company to defraud customers.

"Anniversary miss"
What made me give 5 stars was Tora, who assisted me through 2 orders placed for anniversary gift that were never sent otherwise it wouldn't have been good. There is a whole story to this but too much to type. But the saving grace in this story is Tora and her diligence to remedy the situation. I did place a 3rd order after our trip and had it sent to home. Tora did supply help with shipping and was able to use discount from original order. It is because of my experience with Tora that I will continue order from AP.
You are lucky to have such a person on your team AP.

"Very disappointed"
Beware when buying here. My Husband bought me a beautiful lingerie set as a surprise. He bought the wrong size. All I had to do was take it out of the box to see it was too small. All tags attached and obviously not wore! When he reached out to find out how to exchange the items, they told him he could not return or exchange for a different size. Of the 3 items, only one was on sale, but they would not exchange any of them. You cannot call them, you can only email customer service. It is very difficult to communicate and takes time to get an answer. I am very disappointed and neither my husband nor myself will use this company and I do not recommend them.
