"Seamless, Reliable, and Clean — A Standout Experience with Landing"

We had an excellent experience with Landing, from their 24/7 support team to the overall cleanliness and consistency of the apartment. Everything was exactly as advertised, which unfortunately hasn’t been the case with other properties we've found on Marriott's Home & Villas platform.

We're currently visiting different cities as part of a long-term plan to relocate, and we're actively considering to rent through Landing’s app for furnished apartments or go with options like Airbnb, Zillow, or Furnished Finders for homes. Landing has made a strong impression with their their service, reliability, and quality control set them apart.

We’ve already referred several friends and family members to Landing. Their professionalism and consistency have earned our confidence, and we’ll continue to use them as we explore cities across the country.

"Quickly solved an urgent housing need"

We had an urgent need for an apartment starting that weekend. We needed it close to the office since it was for an employee relocating to the area. Jazmin provided a perfect spot for a better price than other vendors I was checking with. The employee was able to check in easily just a couple of days after we booked the apartment, and he was pleased with the space and the location. Jazmin and Landing have quickly moved to the number one spot for temporary housing!

"Nice apartment and great experience with The Landing"

The apartment is nice and comfortable. The Landing has been great to work with. We arrived late in the evening on the first night of our stay, and missed our appointment with the host, but they were able to walk us through the process of what to do when we arrived and were available by text to ensure we got into the apartment and had everything we needed. They let us know we were short some silverware and stemless wine glasses, which they delivered very quickly to us in the next couple of days when it was convenient for us. Note that we did have plenty of silverware and stemmed wine glasses, so it wasn't an issue at all. The apartment was very clean. We also lost a keycard, and they were quick to deliver TWO replacements. I always had pleasant interactions with them.

"Great furnished rental "

Very nice and had everything I needed for a furnished rental including kitchen items. It was surface level clean, but I did some deep cleaning upon arrival. Slightly on the expensive side but worth it.

"Perfect for our weeklong vacation stay"

Easy to find, clear check-in instructions, spacious, clean, well equipped. Amenities (workout facility, pool) were both nice and convenient.
Only issue during our weeklong stay was a leaking Keurig. Management replaced it immediately upon request. We were impressed by their responsiveness.

Would definitely stay again!
