"Absolutely everything has been OUTSTANDING"

Absolutely everything has been exceptional! From prior to us even arriving the communication has been outstanding. Our AirBnB is gorgeous, very clean, has everything you'd want available , has amazing Amenities and everyone within the complex is incredibly friendly. We have dealt with Colby and he has been an absolute dream. He has not only been incredibly professional but incredibly welcoming and so thoughtful for our entire trip!

"Snowbird here"

Snowbird here. Last minute booking into the PHX area. Wanted Scottsdale since we lived there until 2020. This apartment in Tempe was the only thing available within our budget,...so, I booked it. A bit of a learning curve to start with both the Landing and Ten01. We are SO happy here that we have already booked next winter here in the same complex with The Landing.

"Beware! Be warned!"

Beware! There is a reason they make you pay for the entire stay upfront and only give you 7 days to decide if you want to stay.
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a short term or any lease. Do not use this company unless you don’t care about cleanliness or running water. I wondered why they make you pay for the entire lease up front and now I know. The first seven days (the period they give you to decide if you want to stay) was fine. Afterwards the water pressure decreased until it was almost non existent. I could no longer wash my dishes and the shower stopped working. After making complaints, phone calls, and inquiries over a dozen times the issue was never fixed. They eventually said they could move me to a new unit, but none were available on the day I could move. I’m not taking off work and lose pay and stipend to move my things from one crappy place to another with no garante that it’s any better. Adding insult to injury, when I moved in, there was left over takeout lasagna in the microwave, the bedding had definitely not been washed since the last resident, there was hair EVERYWHERE, and the bathtub had paint peeling on the floor. This place was absolutely horrid and they were absolutely no help in resolving the issue. Use this company if you want but it’s to your own detriment.

"Terrific stay in Tampa!"

Outstanding- Colby was terrific to work with. Amenities were really nice - pool, workout facility, outdoor grill, shuffleboard/game area. . People were super friendly. Safe location. Spacious condo. Will definitely be back!

"Most unscrupulous company and the Founder doesn't care about customers either"

We paid Landing $7456 in November of 2024 for a two month rental in Feb/March 2025. We specifically booked in advance and paid in full to select a unit we wanted with amenities we needed due to health. Two days before we moved, while we were in transit to the unit, we were informed by the apartment complex that the amenities included in our rent, would not be available. The apartment complex notified Landing of this in December 2024 but Landing failed to share the information with us. We attempted to resolve this issue with Landing for weeks through phone calls and letters. Landing refused to amicably resolve this. We filed a credit card dispute for a reasonable partial amount. The bank is holding the dispute amount and waiting on the Landing to respond. We arrived at our PAID IN FULL rental this afternoon to see an eviction notice on our door. Landing is threatening to evict us tomorrow if we don't give them an undisclosed sum of money, even though we paid in full 4 months ago. This entire experience has been a giant nightmare and the worst trip of our lives. They have our money and we have nowhere to go tomorrow if they evict us. We tried calling them and they said we could only email their legal team which hasn't responded. I commented on the Founder, Bill Smith's recent Linkedin post about our issues and he deleted all of my comments and blocked me instead of trying to resolve our issues.

"Downtown Tucson 2 Bed Apt Condo"

We rented a very nice unit with LVT and tile flooring, which is mandatory due to my wife's allergies. Very few hard flooring inits are available, so we were very happy to get this lovely unit.
With a few small issues when we moved in, Landing was quick to respond. We are in downtown Tucson and parking is provided, but it is wise to verify parking requirements a few days ahead of moving in as it takes a couple of days to get your pass.
Everyone we have met or communicated with at Landing and in the development management have been friendly and helpful.
Landing has recently acquired some very nice new units in the Tucson vicinity.
