Totally unprofessional company charged me 300 for an income and expenditure form with never arrived, then the automated payment took 5k out of bank, instead of 500 took them 2 weeks to refund it, terrible company

The company did nothing, do not use them at all, they took my money, and did not bother to collect the money, not even to attend the debtor address which I gave them. Instead they send a letter to him, and he responded that he does not live there. they wanted excuses.. I showed them so much letters includes his signature yet, they wanted excuses not to attend.. they are very bad company, and dishonest,, they wasted 5 months of my time, be aware never use them.
