"Amazing"

This company achieved in a swift and efficient manor the recovery of a debt from one of the most annoying and horrendous women ever, I can only say that the enforcement officers who went there must be some of the best there is I am extremely grateful to them and although i never want to have to go through this process again if i had to i would certainly use them or recommend them to anyone

"Failure to enforce a High Court Writ and many other problems"

Employed this company to enforce a High Court Writ on debtor who had ripped us off regarding building work. Whilst I appreciate that nothing is guaranteed regarding reclaiming money this way, this company was totally ineffective to begin with, becoming ridiculous to deal with by the end.

Their agent completely failed to gain entry to the debtors property nor could he get any agreement to repay in writing, even though he, apparently and according to the company, attended the debtor’s property 8 times in 9 months.

I had informed the company and agent very early on that the debtor had goods at his property that they needed to remove to fully or part pay the debt but they repeatedly ignored my information and were unable to do anything other than accept ridiculously low payment amounts, which did not even come close to repaying the debt but, funnily enough, seemed to cover their attendance and other fees.

They then compounded this by ignoring my specific instructions not to accept a new but very low payment plan and, when I was trying to find out who had agreed to this (as they had neglected to inform me of this at all), I received several contradictory emails, each one containing more discrepancies than the last.

Useless customer service and was told completely incorrect information on many occasions.

Also still awaiting some payments that debtor has paid them but they haven’t paid me as well as a payment which appears to have gone missing, but they won’t respond to me when I queried this and now childishly ignore my emails.

Avoid, avoid, avoid as they are useless and contradictory whilst their management think it is acceptable to issue responses to queries and complaints with manipulated and edited documents to hide their errors.

UPDATE: Their reply to my post means absolutely nothing to me and is meaningless drivel. ‘Dissatisfaction’ is such an understatement, I have never dealt with such a useless company before.
Also, the ‘circumstances of the defendant’ are normal, I have never been told any different by CES, it’s just that he is very adept at playing their agent and avoiding payments.
Also, they seem to have completely avoided addressing my ‘missing payment’ situation. So far, they continue to ignore my requests to clarify this situation.
As I say, they are useless and so avoid them like the plague, far better companies out there who are reputable and effective.

For reasons I won't go into, I needed the help of Court Enforcement Services to retrieve money for me after solicitors & the small claims court were ignored by a company I had unfortunately dealt with. The process was quick & painless. I made an error with the initial paperwork but I was advised accordingly & all was sorted quickly. Thankfully Court Enforcement Services managed to retrieve all of the money that was owed to me & the case is now closed. If you are looking for someone to help get back money that is rightfully yours, this is the company to do it. Thanks guys :)

"Shockingly poor company"

Shockingly poor company. Enforced a writ on an elderly relative with disabilities, registered blue badge holder and who has been recently bereaved by losing his wife to COVID-19.
Visited 3 times and deliberately ignored all legislation, breached confidentiality and removed the individuals only transport even though disabled.
Would not respond to complaints forcing private legal action from relatives. Extorted money from family as they pressured the vulnerable adult and harassed him on 3 attendances for a total of 20 hours when he could not do anything to resolve the matter at the time and by every legal definition is extremely vulnerable.

Directly breached the taking control of goods act, Equality act and GDPR.

THIS COMPANY IS A DISGRACE TO THE INDUSTRY.

They have little regard for professionalism, disregard all relevant legislation and refuse to even respond to complaints.
All relevant matters now being submitted to HCEOA for investigation.

If you want to deal with a company this inappropriate then you will be complicit in poor practices and ultimately will worsen the situation.
If you have a shred of decency stay away.

The actions of this shambolic and disgraceful company should be known far and wide.

They only have a single telephone number that is for payments only - so regardless of the situation you are unable to do anything but let them hurt, harass, extort and cause untold harm to a registered vulnerable adult.

Offers of payment in full after request for surety of time was declined.

Citizens Advice Bureau and National Debt line also informed their agent their actions were illegal yet this company ignored them also -this is the nature of this unprofessional company.
This company deserves nothing other than condemnation for poor practice and Inability to coherently follow their own industry regulations. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
