"Thieves"

I hired them to recover money from a judgement. Due to them being short staffed they went more than a year past the writ date and then recovered the money (I question the legality of this?) And that too they only did after I myself took them to small claims court. Now when they've recovered the money they have applied a mysterious admin charge even though they say no hidden costs 20 times on their website.

THIEVES. do not hire them. You expect to have piece of mind recovering your money but instead you are expected to chase up the enforcement agents themselves. Pathetic company.

"Something fishy going on"

I disputed the legitimacy of an alleged high court writ, yet they still visited my property several times to get alleged debt recovered.

The best part is, after I sent a DSAR to the company that had the original CCJ awarded against me, the original company sent me a document to show the debt had been written off and the CCJ / writ is no longer enforceable. This was several months ago and CES are still threatening me now. Just my opinion of course but I find it hard to believe that their client would not have informed them of this.

I strongly recommend that if you are challenging anything, leave no stone unturned and DON'T EVER give up.

This company were superb in their efforts to retrieve funds from the award granted in my Employment Tribunal.
Communication with the team was immediate and regular, meaning I was always kept informed of any developments.
Through diligence, they were able to trace where the directors of the company had moved to, allowing doorstop challenges to be made at their new home in regard to retrieving funds owed.
I would highly recommend them as a company to anyone requiring their services, as indeed they were highly recommended to me by my lawyers

"Unprofessional thieves"

The enforcement service is terribly awful and unprofessional. An agreement was made to pay instalments of the outstanding amount beginning from the end of the month. In spite of this they deliberately sent out an enforcement agent so that they can claim their call-out fees. No consideration, just scum who want to make money

"Traced the wrong individual then refused to speak to me"

They gave me a "positive trace" on the wrong individual with the same name. Dragged their heels on visits and then lead me to pursue the wrong person via bankruptcy when the writ expired. Poor customer service and now refusing to speak to me. I have in writing from the case timeline them providing me with the name DoB and address and telling me it's a positive trace. Absolutely avoid this company like the plague.

"Total and utter liars"

Total and utter liars. Had one of their 'agents' ...ppfftt flashing his badge , flexing his chest and making threats at my door. Didn't falter in front of him and he didn't like it one bit , threatened me with police. Paid in full. I decided to ask him what will happen with all photographic evidence , he categorically stated that all evidence will be deleted upon payment. Made a complaint to their 'complaints department' ....what a joke they are!!! They insisted that their agents would never state such facts about deleting evidence and asked me for proof of what he said....seeing as it was on the phone and calls aren't recorded is rather handy for these fools. And to think that these utter clowns are appointed by the courts. Be careful of these fools , they are liars and will use ANYTHING to cover themselves. They need dragging into an investigation to prove their 'worth'

Scum of the earth , bully boy company , terrified my wife and children over a debt that a previous Tennant owed , stayed outside my property for several hours making threats , and trying to access property ,, this cowboy outfit needs regulating asap
