Let's face it the british court system is disconnected to say the least.
The service I got CES however was exceptional with a very honest and helpful approach. Thank you Irvine and the gang.

Court Enforcement Services accomplished in two weeks what I failed to do after 2 years of emails, excuses and negotiations after serving a County Court Injunction on a builder. Two years of misery from a cowboy builder who stole money from us and caused £3000 of damage as a result of shoddy workmanship.
I just wished I had gone to Court Enforcement Services earlier, but the offender paid for his procrastination by Court Enforcement Services adding £891.52 in interest to the final debt that he paid in full. I carried out due diligence on all High Court Enforcement Officers and found Court Enforcement Services had the most impressive record. I now see how they achieved such a high level of praise from their reviews if my experience is anything to go by. I can’t recommend Court Enforcement Services highly enough. Efficient, kept me informed through the process and got the job done. What more can I ask?

very poor service, refused to enforce collection due to "claimed" mental health issues then want me to pay £90 as they wouldnt persue claim, they cancelled the collection NOT ME! but still had to pay . WATCH THE SMALL PRINT. no collection of debt and a bill! Now further debt...

Updated 28/7 - Finally this company has done what I have paid them to do and recovered my debt in full. It shouldn’t take me having to write this review to get the job done………….Very slow service. Allegedly the debt collection agents visited my debtor at his home but he was out. Nearly 3 months on no further visits to collect my money or remove goods to the value of the debt despite chasing every week.
