Hopeless they were easily fob off by lies from the debtor gave all info they needed but failed on all
counts.

Court Enforcement Services did a great job recovering a judgment debt from a major airline who were surprisingly reluctant to pay up. A most efficient and effective service.

I have a court case which has been ongoing since Dec 2019. I hired Court Enforecement Services Ltd (CES) to serve N39 documents to the debtor and provide me with a sworn affidavit of service.

After over two months, I am still waiting for this. I have contacted CES several times by email requesting this and requesting to make payment as they haven't invoiced me yet, but on both counts they have failed. I always hear back within 48 hours with a nice response that both things will be provided to me. Weeks later I am still twiddling my thumbs waiting for this.

Three weeks ago I requested that I get the affidavit before June 15th as this was the court hearing date. Though CES said they would provide this, they failed yet again.

It has not been a good experience so far and I now have to look into this further to see what the consequences are and what it means for the debt I am trying to collect.

Please use a different prcess server that is actually professional and does what they say they will.

Absolutely fantastic company! Couldn't fault them. Had to enforce a tribunal award for unpaid wages. These guys went and got the money for me, kept me informed all the way through and I have just received the funds today. I was awarded in February at a Employment tribunal but the employer refused to pay so I got in contact with the company they were very helpful and made it very easy with just a couple of forms to fill out and they did the rest and I received payment in full around 4 weeks after very good service
