This is a legit company but they can take money without your agreement. How is this possible? You can unknowingly sign up when purchasing goods with your card and they take monthly payments. This is wrong and law needs to change to protect consumers. They request a membership ID when cancelling but as I did not knowingly agree to this I do not have this. Disgusting

An absolute con! I wasn't even aware that i had signed up to this scam, but oh what a snide way to reach in to your bank account. £18 per month, thank you very much. Duly cancelled and a lesson to be aware when trying to conduct my business.

My son has had money taken from this company, I am not sure how they find this appropriate or ethical to take money from minors who may not fully understand terms and conditions? Please be careful to spot this with your own children's bank accounts. It is a shame we are trying to allow our children to be responsible and companies are exploiting this. I have been assured by a bot that this has now been cancelled, I will be going to my son's bank if money is taken again.

I wasn’t even aware that I had been signed up to this until i realised £18 a month had been taken from my account. Apparently when I made a purchase through Studio it signed me up and I wasn’t aware , anyone else had this issue?
