By far Haart Ilford are the worst agency I have dealt with, I wouldn’t even give them one star if I could help it. Jaaz hasn’t got a clue and the rest of the team aren’t far off, wasted six weeks of my time, talking utter nonsense, we then went with another agency, had several offers and sold within 2 weeks!

I wanted my house evaluated after we finished extensive work, so I called Haart estate agents, located in Stratton. A young lady, Lucy Griffiths, carried out the evaluation. She was very professional and understood our current situation, but above all, her knowledge about the area and the current market trends around buying and selling property was awesome. If I ever do consider selling, I would use this company, thanks to her.

"Service down fees up"
Haarts manage rent collect for us as Landlords. This month 4 working days later than usual in paying us rent for this month for our property in Weston Super Mare. So having to chase THEM. And they have increased their management fee this month by Close to 8 1/2 percent! Thanks. For doing nothing extra. So we will have to increase rent next year to cover their fee increase......beware . They are greedy. Their 6 % fee has risen in monetary terms each year as the rents has gone up so they have already gained increased £ income from Landlords each year so why be greedy and increase the percentage??? Dreadful business attitude demonstrated once again from this company.

I do not recommend Haarts letting service in Nottingham / Derby. They lost my keys, would not return phone calls and took five months to resolve a payment issue.

Seasoned landlords booking Lettings valuation. It took three attempts to successfully book in our valuation visit after two errors that we identified.
On the day the Valuer never arrived, we chased following a 20 min wait and found they hadn’t left the office due to an ‘emergency’
Refused their services to avoid further disappointment.
