"Haart (finally) succeeded in letting my…"

Haart (finally) succeeded in letting my property. The person most responsible for this seems to be Cora.W in Northampton. After some odd behaviour by apparently normal prospective tenants who extended the process, Cora’s work seemed to ensure that the final tenants were 100% in from the start, and that they would be reliable.
Cora.W can be called by phone, or emailed when out at a property, and always responds.

"Haart has heart!"

The whole team at Haart have always been professional and very attentive. Maddison took us for a viewing and she was especially friendly and informative. We would definitely recommend Haart to any prospective buyer.

I don't even know whether to class them as incompetent or racist company, once they know your name sound like foreigner , they start neglecting you like you're begging them . They're very agent in Newport here .

"These people are the worst kind of pond life"

These people are the worst kind of human beings. They have no regard for their customers, they are worthless in every respect. There are far better estate agents who actually hire human beings, as opposed to haart employees.

"Poor service - rent. "

Poor service when trying to rent a property.
Took 3 phone calls before anyone called me back to arrange a viewing.
Had a viewing, said I’d like to view again & was really interested. Agent agreed to ring me the following morning… this was 2 weeks ago and I’m still waiting for a call! I’ve left several messages and email.
Concierge service said I cannot make a complaint. They can’t help me.
Said to visit the store.
House still up for rent. I’d be gutted if I was the landlord and knew the agents weren’t fulfilling their role and following up with interested parties.

I am delighted with the service received from Haart in Ealing. Poonam in their team worked exceptionally hard to find the right tenant for me. Haart are very professional and very thorough and their staff are exceptional. They strive so hard to find the right tenant for the landlord.

"Haart are the worst lettings agency…"

Haart are the worst lettings agency to deal with. Zero professionalism and they take zero interest in their tenants’ concerns.

They don’t care for their tenants whatsoever. I won’t even go into my experience with them during my tenancy… that’s a whole separate case.
But this review is in regard to their “checking out” procedure.

Regardless of their treatment, I have handed back the keys, got the property completely professionally cleaned top to bottom, sent in reference photos as evidence and requested for my deposit back.

It has now been two weeks since I carried this out, yet nobody has the decency to respond back to emails and to update me with my request - I have never experienced communication so poor.
I have looped in 4 people in my emails, including the branch manager and not one person can be dutiful and update me?
I have been given no understanding or explanation as to why my deposit is being held back, and I truly believe there is no reason to. I left the property better than I found it.

Haart do not even follow their own guidance. On vacating the property, I was not followed up by any so called “Inventory Clerk” for the check-out appointment.
Come to think of it, on moving in, I never even received an Inventory of the property which is supposed to be standard practice - that in itself just shows how shoddy a company Haart really is.

Haart are more concerned about securing deposits and moving-in money but at the end of term, they are completely silent when it comes to returning a deposit that is the lawful right of a tenant especially when all procedures have been met to ensure that the property is left in a respectable condition.

Stay well clear of this company.

"Awful experience trying to let through…"

Awful experience trying to let through Haart Leicester branch. The communication was terrible and unreliable. I viewed a property which was advertised to be available mid September, only to be informed 4 days before move in date that the current tenants wanted to extend their stay and this was granted. I was angry and furious at this point until I was contacted by their manager who gave me all reassurance that the move in date in October will definitely do ahead and again a week before move in date while I was chasing them for a tenancy agreement, they told me again shamelessly that they accepted tenants request to extend again. This was a nightmare, we were staying in a temporary accommodation and the delays were expensive with further storage cost. I have formally complained and still awaiting justice for this terrible management and misleading on my tenancy application.
