The most frustrating, non responsive estate agent to deal with. Totally unacceptable.

Firstly, I would like to thank Leah for helping me over the phone to book the viewing which I was chasing it since last two weeks, spoke to numerous people and they took my details and surprisingly no one got back to me. I have been trying to arrange viewing by calling every other day but Leah is the only person who have helped me get through this, she is amazing. Thank you for understanding and being ever so helpful, appreciate it.

I had a fantastic experience renting with Haart Letting Agency in Colchester. From the start, the letting process was smooth and stress-free, thanks to Ellie, who was incredibly professional and helpful throughout.

During my tenancy, the property management team was always on hand to assist with any queries or issues, making my time renting with them even more enjoyable. When it came time to leave, Holly and Samantha made the move-out process seamless. They handled everything efficiently, with great communication and care.

Overall, I was really happy with the level of service I received from start to finish. I would highly recommend Haart Letting Agency, Colchester, to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly rental experience.

Unfortunately still with them for another year plus 3 behind, years of indifference and lack of communication.
They called and asked if they could come in for some pictures in the same day and when told them it’s impossible as we all busy we’ve been questioned why as it’s 4 of us on the contract??!!! Seriously?! Also we booked for next day and the lady (Samra) been late (1hr30) saying it’s due to traffic. Very unprofessional unfortunately.
Unbelievable how they seem to believe we need to plan our time for their needs. Also sending wrong dated contract in the past to sign and expecting us to do it asap.. When asked for a second set of keys as it happened to lock ourselves outside they said “we don’t have it”.

"Worse than poor"

Our experience with Haart has been awful. After two years of trying they have failed to sell my father’s flat in Bracknell. Dad died a year ago and, following numerous false promises, price drops and being told ‘exchange is close’ we have still not sold it. The company’s general mediocrity was outdone by Area Manager Ben Hamlin who has excelled himself - disrespectful, unprofessional and evasive barely scratch the surface of his performance. Dreadful service from start to dismal end.

I wish it has an option to give zero star - absolute rubbish service. they are misguiding their customers on both ends; landlords and the tenants. absolute no care or service is provided; its like you are living on your own and they literally make life of tenant worse by creating more fuss and clauses when they want to leave.

They never have anyone in office to respond to your calls, take days and weeks to respond to your email, and never come back to your complain or issue in house.

I have to say that they are the worse agent i have ever come across to. Deeply disappointed as we have been a quite and obedient kind of tenant not causing any trouble, even spending from our own not poking them even for the right things but nothing stops them to offer worst customer care.

i have been a lndlord since 1996 and Haart is the worse agent i have ever come across to. They introduced a council tenant to me and failed o inform me that i have to spent a few thousands pounds and one year of my time to get the eviction order. They charged me to send an invalid section 21 notice to my tenant and ignored my multiple emails .
