"I used Haart Estate Agents to rent my…"
I used Haart Estate Agents to rent my property recently to ill health. Right from the initial meeting with Ellie, the team have been professional, courteous and friendly and have kept me up to date all throughout the process, leading to a successful rental within a very short time frame. The whole team are great to deal with and the whole process has been stress free. I recommend them wholeheartedly and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

We were shown round a couple of properties by someone called Molly. She did a great job in showing us around, answering our questions and following up any that she didn’t have the answers to immediately.

"First impressions "
Had a very pleasant informative and interesting meeting with Nicola today. Helpfully answered my questions in a very professional manner. Would certainly use the company in the future.
Well done Nicola you provided a very professional face for the company

"Professional service from start to finish "
Mandy managed my house sale. She answered every phone call and returned calls if she missed them and listened to me and my instructions all of the way.
She helped to achieve exchange and completion on the date I required despite delays/slow responses from the buyer and her solicitor.
Professional and efficient service. Would definitely use again.

"Lacking Etiquette and brains"
Agents from this company called me for evaluating my property. We settled the day and time but unfortunately few hours before their visit I cancelled the appointment due to some unavoidable reasons.
One of the agent’s Mr Ares Dildar is emailing another Haart agent and cc ‘ ing me writing that I am a liar as I cancelled their appointment because of some other agency visiting me. How dumb, reckless and idiotic he can be to cc me a private conversation about me to my email only.
Little brains alas!
On top of that no apologies as such from the company, probably run by all clowns.

"Several times through no fault of agent…"
Several times through no fault of agent was let down on viewing three times at last minute by vendor. We are serious buyers looking for right property to eventually retire in. So twice now left contact details to again try for viewing of property. Now agents twice have not come back to us and feel what good would our chances be to sell and buy through them. Deeply disappointed as we are very serious about it if we liked the property ours would immediately go on sale with them.

"Expensive and very poor service "
Very expensive fees compared to other estate agents in the area but Ken (sales man) turns up and promises excellent service, sounds really good but a mortgage company will only give a mortgage on what the property is actually worth so don’t be fooled by price you will get, as for the service they promised it never happens, they was never available for viewings, did 2 viewings in the whole process, their communication is next to none, didn’t even bother telling us a surveyor was coming, some of the things we have been told are complete lies which I have proof of, sold houses before but this has to be the most messed up sale ever, none of the staff communicate with each other, don’t return calls, what should have been a straight forward sale is now going into 5 months with the dates we have been given for completion, I’d save your money and go elsewhere because their service does not match their prices they are charging, most stressful sale ever

Updated, the worse property management;
As a landlord, it's crucial to be cautious when dealing with property management companies. These companies often charge substantial fees but may fail to deliver the services they promise. In my experience, I spent over 18 months dealing with a property management firm that consistently underperformed. I spent nearly a year raising complaints about their unskilled managers who neglected essential tasks such as following up with tenants, conducting property visits, and proactively maintaining the property. Instead of addressing issues before they escalated, they only acted after problems arose.
To make matters worse, when I decided to terminate the agreement due to their poor service, I was charged a penalty equivalent to six weeks' rent. This experience highlights the importance of thoroughly vetting property management companies before signing any agreements, as many may take your money without providing the level of service you deserve.

If i could give more than 5 stars I would for David Mauzhendi - excellent at his job. Very quick at getting the ball rolling ready for my move to get it all finalised. Really efficient & overall, generally lovely guy.
A credit to Haarts Ealing!

"Jack Taylor "
Jack Taylor couldn't have been more helpful regarding letting my property. Jack always replied immediately to any questions I had either through email or phone. His phone manner was friendly, knowledgeable and articulate.
