I’m in the process of hopefully selling my house and am in regular contact with Samantha Ramsey to see how it is progressing. Samantha answers any questions I have and is also proactive at following up with my solicitor so we are all aware what is happening. Would have given them 0 if I could. Honestly the least professional company I have come across. Paid for a fully managed service which I have had to take over due to complete incompetence. Emails never answered and phones never picked up. Every time i put in a complaint they review their processes but nothing changes. I can not get rid of them until the tenant leaves which leads me onto the fact they can't even serve a section 21in the correct way. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!!

Last 9.9.24 I spoke to Haart they took my details agreed to do a valuation - then on Friday 13.9.24 I telephoned for an update as no progress had been made - my call was logged but no call back received - on Monday 16.9.24 I called again at 10.30 am - again call logged but 4 hours later no call back. I have now fired them and will appoint another agent.
