The overall Haart processes and underlying technology for managing property are totally and utterly below minimum requirements, terrible, and it is people like Poonam who are holding it together.

Had a viewing at 2.45 agent came at 3.00. The current owner/tenant had not been informed about the viewing, which resulted in the most disgusting home I’ve ever seen and smelled.


Not sure what email you are looking at. But I can confirm that my email says 2.45 and I’m more than glad to send a screenshot.
All I can say is that the tenant told the agent that she was not aware of the viewing.

I knew things would go well when Andrew turned up with a tripod for his camera: attention to detail :) They sold it to the second person to view - at a good price; I feel significantly more than a cheaper agent would likely have achieved. Communication is key to success in what's invariably a stressful process, and Adam was outstanding in this respect.

This housing agency is from the pit of hell. They are not in any form humans and we regret ever using their services. The house they let us brought us nothing but unending pains as we had lost an only child in a canal just in the process of moving out. And this very agency Haarts, had the guts to bring up charges totaling over £2400 after ripping us of £600 when we mentioned we were moving out. Bring it on!. Stay away from this agency at all cost, they lack professionalism and human empathy.

He really deserves a medal for sorting out any problems however when his hands are tied by either the agency or the landlord he will find a way to make things happen. He has really paid attention to my requirements, and made the effort to match properties to my requirements, rather than to promote the properties that need to be shifted. Well done, Roger!
