THE WORST ESTATE AGENTS! Promote and continue to deal with racist landlords and are simply moneygrabbers. I was lied to and treated so rudely, wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy!
They should be ashamed of themselves, from management who refuse to speak to you down to the assistants that have no customer service etiquette. Just useless from the top to the bottom quite frankly

"Poor Service and Zero Communication"

I recently ended my tenancy with Haart for a property in Nottingham, and I have to say, the experience has been extremely frustrating. Despite following all procedures, including returning the keys and sending multiple emails, I’ve received no response regarding the return of my deposit. The tenancy ended on 14 August 2024, yet over a month later, I'm still waiting for my deposit to be returned or any clear response.
The level of communication has been shockingly poor. I’ve sent numerous emails, and none of my concerns have been addressed. Even after escalating the issue, there’s been no sense of urgency or customer care.
I understand that mistakes happen, but the complete disregard for tenant concerns and lack of any updates is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Haart to anyone looking for a reliable and responsive letting agent. The service I received falls far below the standard I expected and what is legally required.

From the first day of making contact to keep my wife and myself informed of chain developments and progress in the actions leading up to contract exchange, Mandy has been a great person to deal with and does credit to her role at Haart with a patient and caring manner. There were frustrations along the way but all turned out real good in the end and full praise to her and the team for acting on our sale to get the job done. Best Wishes.

If I could rate them 0 I would as they do not deserve 1 star !! They are very quick to respond to you to get your money and then after that you are lucky to get to speak to anyone other than a switch board!
Told by the agent that we were dead certain for moving and told to hand our notice to our landlord and book our movers to which we did! The agent was asked repeatedly if we are set on this and were told YES! However 7 days before moving they then told us that we had failed our checks because of paperwork not being verified and then changed the story when challenged on it and tried to tell us we would not get deposit back! They were again challenged on this and was told I would receive a call from Manager to make a complaint to which I never received !!! Surprise Surprise! So now i am effectively Homeless in 6 days with a toddler and a teenager and currently £679 down due to movers being cancelled and no holding deposit yet to be received!

Total SCAMMERS and Con Artists !!!!!!!

Jack knows the local area well and brings these expertise to the table whilst tailoring his approach to your specific needs.

Lack of communication. My ceiling and window is leaking from all the rain recently. First emailed property management 5 aug 2024. Its now 24 sept 2024 and still no comunication. Tried ringing property management every day throughout the day and never get through. Joke and disgusting when i have a 2 year old daughter and my ceiling could collapse any minute

Terrible service. The whole team is incompetent and rude. Avoid and save your money from these con artists.

Property sold not correctly represented - multiple issues . After we moved in, we discovered multiple issues with the property from leaking taps to a major fault with the roofing and the conservatory. Be careful what you buy from these agents as they do not do their due diligence.
