"A shameless company never respond to…"

A shameless company never respond to your call never respond to your email and they will detect the money just like they are earning the money please please please stay away from haart letting agency.
Especially from their property management team and a letting team from last few months I am trying to reach them and no one is responding. And my current tenant also contacting them but there are no one to respond them and on 19th of October tenant have to vacate the property but no response from them they are the pathetic company I ever seen in this letting industry.

Landlords and letting agents need to have trust in any tenant to pay rent on time, treat the property with respect and not be a nuisance to the neighbours.

Wolverhampton Darlington st & Harbourne branch .smart start definitely not.. feel free to contact me.. i actually live next to there managed property.. of which they are suppose to manage.. with zero care.. the property they shadow manage is in deteriorating state.. & obviously depreciating the value of adjoining properties .. time & time again we request a little TLC.. but no joy.. we took photo evidence of maintenance required & personally hand delivered this in July 2024.. it is now October & disgracefully not even an update.. this is how these people manage there properties & customer care..we have bent over backwards to help & assist the current tenant(s) as on several occasions the property has been left without heating & electric faults..unfortunately as nice as the current tenants are.. we now notice a letter of concern dominating the front of the property.. this again is how this company verify the letting of there properties.. there’s been various sub-letting this property & they’ve known..do Haart care???? Do they care who they rent to??? Are they concerned about existing residents??? NO.. the company with NO HAART.. thankyou

Dear Haart Lettings,

I have just received a call asking for our rent, despite the fact that I have already sent an email with evidence confirming our rent payment. It is infuriating and frankly ridiculous that we keep receiving calls about rent due, yet no one wants to pick up the phone to discuss or provide an update on our outstanding maintenance request.
This ordeal has been painful to deal with and clearly shows that Haart Lettings cares only about money, with no regard for the well-being of its tenants. What value are we receiving for our money when you have refused to make the property comfortable for us to live in?

We have fulfilled our obligation by paying the rent, so please stop contacting us about it and focus on resolving the actual issues at hand: fixing your communication and sending the electrician we were promised.

We expect action, not more empty promises.

It was an amazing experience to work with Haart state agents, they have guide us with every path of selling our house and it was fantastic to have people like Ren where I could ask her every doubt I had once the file was been processed and she was able to contact the buyers solicitors as the connection between the 2 parts seller and buyer and that helped a lot.

This is the worst lettings agency I have ever dealt with. My landlord gave authority to Haart Agency, and for nearly a month, the hot water and heating in my home have not been working. However, no solution has been found so far. I have had to escalate my complaint to Leicester City Council. Yet, the issues in my home remain unresolved.

This whole situation was completely new to me and I had a number of anxieties. But I needn't have worried as I was in the best hands from start to finish. Both Sarah and Rebecca were just at the end of a phone with advice and support....and Nicky was an absolute STAR! With her amazing social skills and patience, she put me at ease from the first encounter; made time for me, answered all my questions clearly, and even called in as she was passing later on to see how things were progressing! Her care, compassion and professionalism are second to none! Excellent service, very warm, friendly and professional in all aspects start to finish. Had Lillie-May go out of her way to help me secure a property to rent I was very eager to move to. Handled all my queries with speed and showed great effort in sorting all the paperwork after an excellent viewing. Was also supported from start to finish by Latasha who was always on hand to offer support throughout the process. Many lettings agents are only focused on money but these two are a credit to haart and show how much they care about their customers.
