"Incredible Customer Service"

Hale went above and beyond to clean up the mess created by Pet Pro Supply, the online store where I placed an order for a ramp. I eventually found out Hale Pet Door had never received any of my questions or my request to make a change on my order. They were gracious and sincerely concerned about the issues with my order. I highly recommend Hale Pet Door; however, in the future I will only place an order directly with them.

I recently purchased my fourth pet door from Hale.

I purchased my first door in-glass door for my dog back in 2006, and have always found their products are of excellent quality, and they last.

My recent purchase was significantly delayed due to the incompetence of the postal (logistics) company - no fault of Hale Pet Doors. Sue, from Hale, was very helpful in following up with the logistics company, and helping to resolve the issue. In the issue she arranged for a second door to be made, and shipped to me free of charge.

"IExcellant product"

When I purchased my Hale pet door my impression was that this door is expensive. It looked good upon delivery but time usually tells the tale.Now after five years of heavy use my door is still doing an excellent job. I have a large pit bull so I purchased a large double sided door. He's loved it since the first exit. I washed the plastic a couple times over the years but thats all It's needed. So yeah it was costly but after five years of trouble free service it wasn't expensive at all. I have many more years of use to come. If and when I use this one up I will definitely purchase another. Thanks for an honest company.

Cut a huge hole in my door????? Sounds like a very difficult chore. NOPE, it really was pretty easy, and took very little time. This is a well made, well-designed door. I got the training flap, and followed the directions to teach my tiny, skittish dog to go thru. It took about 10 minutes (we took a break). I could not be happier with it.

I was Very impressed with Dan Wark Interiors. Dan came to my home about a week ago to measure where we could put the doggy door in our home to have it enter into our screened in patio. Since I can't put one in the sliding glass doors as they are hurricane impact, we found a place in our dining room.. We ordered it and Dan came in yesterday to install it. It was a big job as we had custom painted walls and marble base. He was able to cut though about 10 inches of solid concrete wall, then installed the hale pet door. He had to re stucco the wall around the door. He did such a beautiful job, and cleaned up immaculately. I would highly recommend Dan. He is very hard working and such a pleasure to deal with.

Installed Hale Omni Panel Pet Door in a sliding glass door frame. They were very helpful on the phone; printed/web documentation had unclear text with near-useless photos/diagrams. I suspect we'll need lots of low-expansion aerosol foam to get an acceptable thermal seal around the insert.I Expected better from Hale.
But, our Dobie charged right through the double flap dog door and is a happy camper. We're satisfied.

"The replacement door kit is great!"

After about 8-9 years, my outside door flap started to crack, so I bought the replacement flap kit. I am not at all handy, but it was very easy to do. My original door was totally great, easy for my dog to use, and very weather proof. the replacement looks every bit as good. You can also securely close the inside door at night or when you are out of town, with a heavy duty plastic insert that locks into place. Hale is a really good company, and they make a really good product.

We've had two different pet doors in other houses before. We built a new house and put in a Hale door. What a difference! The dogs took right to I, but the 40+ mph windstorm we had didn't budge it.
It's by far better than any pet door we have ever had. Love It!

"Great Pet Door, Great Company"

I have a very active 3 year old 80 pound Jindo. After researching various screen pet doors on Amazon, one reviewer mentioned that Hale was the best. That led me to the Hale website and although the Hale doors were more expensive, they looked a lot sturdier to me than what was offered on Amazon. I decided to buy and install it myself, which was very straight forward with the supplied instructions. Well, after 6 months, the Hale door is worth every penny. It's not only sturdy, but looks great. Our Jindo loves the freedom of coming and going at will. It only took a a day or two for him to get confident going through the swing door. The magnetic sides really keep the bugs out of the house - its so much better than opening and shutting the door all the time. I strongly recommend this product. Also, if your dog is a rescue pet, like our Jindo, they will give you a 10% discount and donate to the rescue of your choice. That's legit. It was a pleasure purchasing form Hale and will do so again if I ever need to replace my screen pet door (which I may never need to!)

I have had this door for 13 years, with 4 large dogs and it has held up great. The double flaps really keep the heat and cold out. Just this year the flaps finally started tear. I ordered the replacement kit and now it is as good as new.
