I can't say anything negative at all. The entire experience was satisfying and I got the doggie doors as promised. They are higher quality and more durable than anything I've seen in various pet store, even the ones that cater to dogs and cats.

This is our second Hale pet door. They are the BEST you can buy. We just moved into our new house and were pleased to see that we could customize the doors by selecting 2 different colors to match the exterior and interior colors on our door. We had our first Hale door at our previous house and never any problems. The flaps are sturdy and never had to be replaced. The finish on the door never faded or chipped. These doors cost more than others, but it's clear that these are of higher quality. Definitely worth ever penny. My husband and I even installed this new one ourselves. It was easy and took about an hour. Thank you Hale doors for making a reliable product and your friendly and professional phone reps!

I just had this installed for me in my new house. It only took my dogs a couple minutes to adapt to the 2 flap door. They have been used to only one flap and perhaps a slightly smaller walk thorough depth. I like the easy door close and the lock as well. I haven't moved in to see how they will use it daily but.....I don't seen any problems.

The only thing that seem weaker is the "brush" on the sides of door flaps . They seem to be partially on the inside and partially on the outside each time the flap is open or closed. I don't know if this will present a problem . I was going to have the dogs use it and see what happened. If it is and if it is an issue in having a disrupted seal I will give a call to customer service.

Customer service is awesome and I was please that I got a discount when ordering after having adopted a recue dog and the fact that they donate to the shelter ad well. Fantastic!!!!

"Good product, easily installed"

My only issue with the pet door concerned my Basset hound using it. My other dog did fine but the Basset insists on standing on the door as she enters. (She does it that way on another pet door she uses.) The edges of the flanges cut into her feet and she stops going through. I cut a board even with the flange height an screwed it in between the flanges making it a smooth surface and she uses it without problems.

This is a great product design. I have an extra large size door. It was installed in under an hour without the stabilizer bar. It seems like we will be able to leave the stabilizer bar off as the door does not seem to be stretching the screen at all.

This is my 4th Hale pet door, and when I move to another house I will install Hale again.

I bought the door through the website, which was easy to use and the door came within a week. Used an installer recommended on the Hale site and he did good work. All seems good so far!

They make great dog doors, used trouble free by my Brittany and beagle. After 6 years I had to recondition the door and bought replacement flaps and weather stripping, which arrived on time. When I went to recondition the door I was afraid (on Friday afternoon) that I would damage the Hale door, so called to order a replacement. They were very supportive and said it would ship Monday AM. But their door is so well made I didn't have to replace it, just the flaps, so I called Monday to cancel the "rush order" which they did cheerfully! Great product great people.
