"Good washing machine repair"

Barbara at Repair Network answered my call for help very quickly & efficiently - sent engineer to fix my Siemens washing machine quickly. Unfortunately a new part was required which did take a few weeks to arrive, but on arrival, the engineer arrived early & fixed the door quickly & efficiently. I am impressed (and very relieved!)

James who was our point of contact was charming and efficient. Likewise the engineer he selected was polite, efficient and skilled. He fixed the problem with our cooker door patiently and yet quickly. I would thoroughly recommend even though a little pricey!

"AVOID THIS COMPANY"

AVOID THIS COMPANY. We contacted the repair network about our fridge/freezer which was showing an error code and no longer producing ice. They sent an engineer out to us who didn’t touch the fridge/freezer at all, only had a 3 minute conversation with me (which could have been done over the phone) and then left, saying he believed the door needed replacing and would let the repair network know, who would contact us within 3 days. They then disappeared into thin air. My husband had to repeatedly contact them for updates as they made no attempt to contact us at any time. When my husband spoke to them they said they couldn’t find the door. My husband found it online and sent them the link. Another week passed with no contact from them. Again, my husband had to chase them. They said they couldn’t find the door and would refund only half of what we paid them (we paid £200 up front and they are only refunding us £100). I find this completely unacceptable given that the engineer sent was in my house for less than 5 minutes and made no attempt to even look at the fridge to decipher the issue. Their lack of contact was also unacceptable and they severely lack customer service skills. Would not recommend!! Save your money and go elsewhere!

Paid £269 up front for a premium repair package for our Smeg induction hob. Website quotes 24-72 hour window. Engineer called after 72 working hours (mon-fri) and booked appointment to come out for Friday which was 8 days after our payment was taken. Engineer didn’t arrive, telephoned them several times and were told they were running late but would arrive that day. No-one turned up. Rang company again on the following Monday ( now 11 days later) and we were told someone would ring back but no-one did. Telephoned them again on the Tuesday 12th day and they said they couldn’t get an engineer in our area so would refund in full. Received refund a few days later but feel like we just wasted 12 days and numerous phone calls - still with a broken hob and not our idea of a premium service !!

"Beware of not seeing terms and conditions"

I was just checking online about finding an engineer to repair my dish washer, then I get a phone call from this company. We had a brief discussion about what I needed and the price. I was then told an engineer would be in touch now they had recieved my payment. I waited 3 days still no contact with the engineer, so I rang them and got told after speaking several people the engineer would not be here till a week later which was no good for us as we are both disabled and the dish washer saves us standing for long periods of time. So when I found out it would be a week I canceled it all to the sum of £15 cancelled fee. It is now a week later and still have not recieved my payment back minus the £15. I did try to look at their T&C but nothing happens when you click on it. So beware people when you say yes to something without seeing them you could be in my position.
