The engineer, Matt, turned up at our house to assess the state of you cocker. He asked if could come on our land, to see if we had dogs around. This was a first, so it set the scene. The inspection as organised by James Taylor of Repair Network. Matt was professional in his inspection of the cooker keeping us informed all the time. Would request Matt in any future dealings with Reair Network.

I found Repair-Network on the Web advertising an answer in seconds if I phoned. I contacted them on 22 March and reported a broken Neff fan oven (no heat) to Ms Nazmeen Rehman (Naz) who was clear, extremely polite and helpful. She promised a repair within 24 to 72 hours and gave me three price options which had to be paid in advance. I chose the Vital Repair Package which gave a 12-month guarantee on work done. A repair was completed efficiently on 24 March and the oven is now working again.
I would certainly use Repair-Network again and would recommend them to others. If I had one complaint it would be the need to pay in advance for a uncosted repair.

James from, Repair Network, arranged a complementary video call to diagnose ignition problem with my cooker. Once the problem was identified and I decided to have it fixed rather than replacing the cooker, James arranged (via a local company) for a visit from an engineer. The visit lasted about 15 minutes. The engineer was pleasant and efficient and the work completed satisfactorily.
Payment was collected before the visit and was one of the sales options quoted by James in our initial conversation. Initially I thought that the quote was high for the work required but I was pleased with the result.
