Called on a Friday morning, told upfront unlikely to be able to get engineer out till after weekend( not surprisingly) and given range of pricing options to chose from. Person I spoke to gave me her direct line number and explained engineer would contact me. Call from engineer on Monday and booked in for next day. Repair done efficiently and oven working fine again. Repair network called to check I was happy

The people involved in dealing with the repair were all very helpful. However, the horrendous cost of replacing parts of the door on the microwave/oven was ridiculously expensive and rather took the edge of the very good service that I received.

"Don’t recommended if you want a quick repair"
Took over 3 weeks to get my washer/dryer repaired and constantly phone calls and emails to chase updates. Work is contracted out to a local company with parts taking 3-5 working days for delivery if not longer. The team was friendly on the phone but if you are wanting a quick repair, I unfortunately can’t recommend Repair Network.

My first experience with Repair Network has been fantastic from start to finish! From my first call with James who explained my options, took my payment and was professional and very friendly and helpful. I felt reassured straightaway! I also received a confirmation email immediately and as explained I received a call from Sabrina who was equally friendly and booked the visit. A soon as I answered the door to Dennis (engineer) I felt secure and trust that I would get a great service! He had to return once the parts were ordered and once again Sabrina contact me to rebook! In the meantime James gave me a courtesy call to see how things were going! Dennis returned, parts fitted, problem fixed. left everything clean too! He was friendly, polite, respectful and I felt complete confidence he was professional and knew exactly what he was doing! It was a seamless process all the way through and James called again the next day!!! Great communication between them! Wonderful customer service! So happy! In the times we’re living in when it’s not easy to get through to a person for most things, it was such a joy and blessing to speak to actual people, pleasant and helpful ones at that! So pleased I came across this company who made everything easy and effortless making this a stress free experience too!! Thank you Repair Network! Excellent customer service!
