"We cannot fault the support and service we received!"

We cannot fault the support and service we received. The repair engineer attended within 2 days but because the spare part was obsolete our fridge freezer could not be repaired. Repair Network then helped us source a new replacement and that arrived within days. Throughout our whole contact with Repair Network we always liaised with Naz who was just amazing. She always called back and did everything she could to help. She explained everything clearly and ensured we had everything we needed throughout the whole process. Thank you Naz so much.

"Avoid"

Avoid. They took my payment and someone came to see my dishwasher. A subcontractor I expect. I then had loads of calls from a call centre to reassure me the parts were on their way. Trying to phone the number took me to a disabled extension somewhere. I suggest you use a local company.

"AVOID!!! horrendous"

AMG AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Complete con, took the money to repair my fridge, engineer came, said needed to order parts which included new door. They then rang and said needed more money as parts over min cost. I was prepared to pay extra BUT asked to check the parts list, when I did it was different to what the engineer said when he visited. I also queried why it included 2 crisper drawer covers when there is only 1! They then said they couldn't get the parts and case would be closed. Engineer clearly didn't know what repair was needed and they just wanted to take the money and run. Horrendous service and still have broken fridge and have spent a fortune and trying to get a refund. I asked to speak to a manager as customer rep said had not authority but was told no managers available. Looks like I will have to take legal action...Now reading all the similar horror stories to mine and seems I am not alone!

"The engineer was sent to fix the fridge…"

The engineer was sent to fix the fridge as a matter of urgency. I really appreciate that. He seemed very competent. He fixed the problem and got the fridge working within the hour.
Following on this, Mr Joshua Jackson rang me to check if I was satisfied with the job. He sent me a report of the engineer for my reference. It is a nice gesture that many companies do not follow.
I wish the company well.

We recently had a fault with our boiler. We contacted Network repair and their customer service was great. Naz was really helpful, friendly and professional. She answered all of our questions and explained in detail, in a manner that was reassuring and honest. The work done by their engineers was professional and prompt. I would highly recommend them.

"Do not trust."

We have waited over 5 weeks for our fridge to be repaired by the Repair Network. Our daughter is Type 1 Diabetic and we need our fridge to keep her insulin cool. We have phoned daily and explained the urgency of the situation. Each week they have assured it will be fixed and each week they make up another excuse. They can’t track the parts and have now told us they can’t fix it at all. 5 weeks of worry and constant phone calls trying to get an update. How is this fast, reliable service???? Left without a working fridge and a daughter in danger.

"Excellent service"

I had not come across this company before so took a bit of a chance but they were great. The engineer came promptly, diagnosed the issue with our Fisher and Paykel double oven. A part was ordered and he came back a fixed it. All the time I was kept advised about progress as the part came from New Zealand.
