"Take money, waste time, repair nothing"

As many other reviewers have noted, this company will take your money without carrying out any repairs. They demand the money up front - on their advice I paid £209 which they said would cover the cost of labour, plus the first £300 towards any necessary parts. However, more than two months later they have carried out no labour and they claim to be unable to locate the necessary parts (this for a Rangemaster induction cooker, which is less than three years old). When I complained, they have offered me a ‘partial refund’ of £85. This is a wholly disreputable company who will waste your time and take your money without actually repairing your appliance. Avoid them.

"DO NOT use this company"

DO NOT use this company. Scammed. They took £261 from me to arrange a repair for my dishwasher and after 16 days waiting on a follow-up, they did not even order the part required. They are in a dispute with one of their partnered service companies due to not paying them from previous work, now they are not supporting my repair. They say they will call back and never do. Lip service and hanging the phone up on me. Appalling customer service. £261 out of pocket and a broken dishwasher. Avoid at all costs.

"DO Not use this company"

DO Not use this company ! promised an engineer. No one ever called or came. They were happy to take my money but do not have a refund or complaints department. The staff are rude and un-helpful. A big scam !!

"Part with your money at your peril…"

Have been trying to get our Rangemaster cooker repaired for past four months. Paid £250 for a yearly cover, but ended up paying another £25 because repairs came to more than £300. Trouble is the repairs are still outstanding. First person came to assess what was needed six weeks later parts came to the house. Two weeks later second person came who fitted a new switch to grill but said the wrong part had been sent for repair to cooker switch. So far all we have achieved is one half of grill working and main oven does not work at all. Regular telephone calls have been made where you are put on hold whilst the call handler talks to their manager. This is then followed with the usual trick of saying they will call you back and they never do. I have received an email saying they are having trouble finding the part, but I would have thought a company like Rangemaster would be able to provide spares for all their product ranges. I would avoid this company at all costs and it’s a shame I have to give them one star.UPDATED 03/08/23 After further telephone conversations where I was offered a refund of £116 and a few pence I decided to cut my losses and accept, but only on the condition the money was in my bank by the end of the month. Guess what ? No more phone calls and no money. This company is an absolute rip off and should be investigated by the Trading Standards Commission. How anyone could give them five stars is a mystery. Are these people real? Further update money has hit my bank account this afternoon only cost me £159 to not have my cooker repaired

Unfortunately our fridge is not repairable.
I have had a follow up call with Naz. Outstanding customer service.
