"Lies all lies...... and you never get money founded back......"

I was told that I would hear from an engineer within 72 hours. booked a £199 booking got told if no parts was needed i would receive £100 back but 3 months later still no money. The people i keep talking to just say the person has left, they are very defensive and keep giving fake names. they then start swearing and you just go around in circles.

Please do not use this company I promise you will regret it......

"No repair and no refund so far."

I was told that I would hear from an engineer within 72 hours. Five days after the initial contact I phoned to find out what was happening. I was told that there wasn't anyone available. The person I spoke to was very defensive when I suggested that I should have been informed much earlier. I haven't received the £199 they owe me and it is now a week after the job was cancelled.

"Good support staff, continuity and communication with contractor needs improvement"

Booking and customer support staff very helpful and courteous, however, communication with contractor and between contractor and repair network was poor and I needed to intervene to move things along/check status. The overall process was quite clunky and it took 21.7.23 to 24.8.23 to achieve a repair (replacement of circuit board on extractor hood).

"Rangemaster Repair"

The service was good just except the communication from the 1st contractor sent wasn’t great as they didn’t get back to us and this caused a knock on delay. The 2nd contractor was amazing. On saying that the service from the main call center has been exceptional especially Adam Walker.

"Did the job"

Repairs to the microwave was quickly and professionally handled at a reasonable price. Thanks to Christina for coordinating.

"Scam"

This is such a scam company. It asks you to pay upfront then promises to arrange an appointment. This in itself took longer than expected. An engineer was in touch and arranged a date and time which I stayed in for and he didn’t show up with no communication that he wouldn’t be turning up. This was over a month ago. I have asked the company to refund me and they are not responding to emails. Avoid at all costs.

"Fee taken upfront, no repair, high charges, rip off"

Fee taken upfront, no engineer identified for over a week, no engineer visit. I then had to tell the engineer which parts were needed. Delay in getting parts authorised by Repair Network, then high fee quoted to complete the work. I have now cancelled the work and am trying to get a refund. Extremely poor service, AVOID.

"Repair Network Well Done"

Repair Network was not as quick as they advertised. But to be fair I did have an unusual make of appliance and live in a remote part of the country. I could always get hold of people to chase things up, Jack Roberts was helpful and polite as was Barbara Biggs who was my first contact and my go to person with prompt emails. They found me a really good service engineer who dealt with the problem promptly and efficiently.

"Very professional team"

Excellent service from Repair Network. My enquiries were answered promptly, patiently and courteously. They ordered a new oven which was installed without problem. Thank you. I recommend Repair Network.
