Appalling, no service at all. Took the money upfront and promised an engineer would call to arrange a suitable time. No call 72hrs later, I called and promised one would call back shortly, no call, this happens twice more, then final call apparently engineer was booked for the Saturday without my knowledge. I gave up and asked for a refund, tried to charge £25 admin fee, even though I’d been doing all the admin. They waived this and said refund 5-7 days. It’s now over 7 days and still waiting. A real shame as the concept is great. I’ll make another call on Monday but clearly I won’t be recommending.

I feel that I'm reviewing a different company to the other reviewers as my experience wasn't easily or smooth. Don't think this network is national or covers rural areas. I realise now I made a huge mistake making an enquiry. A mistake where communication contact was nonexistent and poor availability of engineers.
I initially made an enquiry asking whether they covered a rural area in Somerset. I had Rangemaster American style fridge freezer that had a leak at the external end of the water inlet for the water dispenser and ice maker. A pleasant enough woman helped initially and now I realise she was very assertive in getting me to pay upfront for an engineer and implied they had engineers in the area who could cope with the repair. In a period of 4 days only one person contacted me asking for photos of the fridge freezer and model number. After the company's guanantee time I emailed demanding a refund. I received a polite email accepting that I hadn't had an acceptable service and a refund made which I had 7 days to receive.

Would definitely advise against getting involved with this shower. Rang them by mistake (googled Bosch engineers) sadly I phoned the top listing they said could arrange an appointment in 3 to 5 day, I had to pay up front £199 big mistake this was on Wednesday following Monday I’d heard nothing so I phoned again, sorry they we’re having trouble but could arrange an engineer for following Monday I cancelled the visit and asked for a refund that was 7 August I am still waiting have now phoned 3 times and sent an email. Avoid at all cost. The actual repair only cost £124
