Avoid! Paid £250 to repair fridge freezer but "engineer " didn't know what he was doing. Once he promised to come to visit between 1pm-6pm so I had to take day off but at 2pm I got a call that he cannot come as he ran out of gas for my fridge! So after 2 visits and 4 weeks without fridge I had to buy a new one as for new parts I will have to wait 3 months and some parts are not available at the moments. Waste of money, time and so called "engineers" without proper knowledge-better information I find on YouTube.

It was very easy to arrange the repair, and the engineer was able to fix both issues in one visit. I also appreciated the transparency on the price. It was also great that engineer already arrived on site with the replacement part so the problem could be fix it in the first visit. Danielle in the customer care team was very responsive, and very thoughtful for arranging one engineer to fix two problems in one visit.

Very quick for the engineer to come out. Fixed the problem straight away. Danielle who took the initial enquiry was very helpful. My only criticism is that I had about 4/5/6 phone calls after it was repaired (sorry, lost count) to ask if everything was OK!?!?
