Please avoid this company, i have just given this company a CCJ County court Judgement for non payment of invoices after they have failed to respond to a court order, i have contacted some of their customers who have paid and had no engineer visit and are in the process of trying to get their money back or a chargeback from their banks. If you are an engineer avoid like the plague. The prevous direct who resigned in October this year is also a Director of a carbo copy of this company and they have tried to get us to do jobs for them, my reply was **&&^^, their other company is assuranty, please be aware

Samsung are the worst appliance company to deal with. One of the customer don’t care representatives didn’t even know what the word quote or quotation meant. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING A SAMSUNG APPLIANCE. I will never purchase one again. They’re absolute rubbish.

Ref:RNQ76002 I paid a booking fee of £189 to Repair network Nationwide on the 16/10/23 to request my Rangemaster cooker repair, I paid £497.40 to Repair Network Nationwide for the parts on 25/10/23. Domestic appliance repairs were advised to purchase the parts for the repair and they would be reimbursed by Repair NN, however Repair NN have not paid hence I am still without a cooker repair. We have guests from Australia, this was explained initially and also the urgency of the repair. We cannot get a response from the company via telephone 03333449104 or numerous e mail requests, I wouldn’t want anyone else to be misled by this company

"I can’t even begin to tell you how bad…"
I can’t even begin to tell you how bad this company is, no service whatsoever, disgusting, I do not know how they are allowed to be in business. Five month of hell, no phone call, nothing, incompetent liars, engineers are brainless, they say they can provide engineers and they can’t! I had to go to consumer advice and the credit card company to get my money reimbursed. They are incapable of doing anything, so called managers are disgraceful and dishonest, PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE! Very upsetting.

Update: We got a response but sadly no payment as yet. We are now 97 days overdue !
The Director has managed to respond to this review twice now, yet finds it impossible to pay us !!!
Where is the integrity in that ????
