"Very unprofessional and zero accountability on their part"

I have left my apartment with Quintain over 3 months ago and I am still waiting for my deposit, despite us having agreed on the amount.
They are extremely unprofessional, ignoring emails for weeks and not really answering to the query / issue when finally responding. The communication was already very poor when I was living there, but now that I have moved out, they clearly do not care. Zero accountability.
I would not recommend to anyone, despite the apartment being decent.

Outstanding, friendly - specifically Carla at the front desk, what a delight! I have never met a friendlier soul, so happy to answer all questions (no matter how annoying haha). 10/10 would recommend to a friend!

I loved staying at Alameda. What made my stay great was Brunel’s (resident team member) exceptional customer service. He was always available, friendly and patient - even when the front desk was inundated with requests. Most importantly, whenever I reported an issue to Brunel, it got resolved.

Rubens, the manager of Repton Gardens, is outstanding in his role. His management skills are evident in the smooth running of the building. He promptly addresses maintenance issues, ensures the property is well-kept, and is always available to assist residents with their needs. His approachable and professional manner makes living at Repton Gardens a truly pleasant experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a well-managed living space!"

"Decent Apartment; Terrible Management"

The apartments are decent, but dealing with the management has been consistently exhausting. It’s like every time I’ve had to interact with them, it’s been a battle.
It's been over two months since I left, and getting my deposit back has been a nightmare. They never got in touch about it, and when I reached out after a month, I heard nothing. Only after I raised a conflict with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme did they finally respond.
They tried to refund my deposit to a card linked to a bank account that I had closed, ignoring my clear instructions in the deposit form where I provided my current bank details.
When I pointed out this mistake, instead of apologizing or trying to help rectify the situation, they blamed me for not informing them that the bank was closed. They even sent me a cropped snapshot of the deposit form, highlighting the part about card refunds but conveniently cutting off the section where I had specified my new bank details. What was the purpose of that?
Since then, I've been trying to sort this mess out, but getting information from their accounts team is like talking to a brick wall. They made a mistake and won't even say sorry, let alone help fix it. I've asked for the transaction details (ARN number, proof of refund document) so my bank can track down the money, but I'm still waiting. The few responses I do get from them don't even answer my questions properly. It's been so tiring and stressful.
To be fair, the concierge staff have always been pleasant to interact with, a stark contrast to the management team.
If you're considering moving to Quintain Living, I urge you to think twice. The experience has been draining with unnecessary stress. This isn't just about a delayed deposit; it's about a fundamental lack of respect and customer service.

"Great management, love my flat :)"

When we first moved here we experienced some big issues which was unpleasant I.e the standard of cleaning however after speaking to a number of people we came across Yusuf who we realised specifically looks after the Lismer building. After we had a huge list of things we weren’t initially happy with Yusuf turned this around for us in such a short space of time. Since then our experience has been 10/10. whenever we have needed he’s honestly always been here to support us and supports people to the best of his abilities HONESTLY THE BEST MANAGER AROUND!!

Fantastic experience staying. The location is excellent. Well maintained and beautifully decorated. Would definitely recommend the place.

So me and my friends we all took 3 apartments from Quintain Living and the process is very seamless and hassle free especially Daniella from Leasing team helped us a lot to select these apartments and we got a deal. But their is a issue in their maintenance team and Residential Team replies are too slow and take a hell lot of time to repair things.I am facing some issues since beginning my tenancy and are still unresolved. So this should be improved asap for a 5 star experience but the renting process is hassle free as I experienced. Thank you Daniella for the help.😊

"Brilliant place to rent"

Have been living here for two years and just renewed for a third due to the excellent facilities and service from the resident team, in particular Yusuf and Scott.
