LYING TO CUSTOMERS
Saying that they will change the ISP/Broadband provider for the whole apartments of quintain living, however, THEY ARE JUST LYING, maybe the reason is that "Velocity 1", the internet service of each quintain living apartment is owned by their own, the Quintain Ltd., I'm sure they'll rather have more people pay for their service as they gain all the profits instead, which is terrible service and act. This company is too greedy for their own benefits and that they do not look after what customers needs, not only is the internet the issue but many more as people mentioned already. I do hope one day they will become more ethical their business and be more caring, one way to start is letting us select what ISP/Broadband services we want, instead of locking us to your dreadful network.

"Quintain Living has really good BTR…"

Quintain Living has really good BTR apartments with fashion furniture and high-quality equipments. Through the pictures and videos I can’t wait to live there. Besides, they also have professional teams. Leasing associate Yusuf was really responsible and patient. He was busy but he still spent almost an hour to help us filling blanks. And he always replied to messages quickly and tried his best to solve problems

"I just got my first apartment with…"

I just got my first apartment with Maria!!!! She was so amazing and attentive to my needs and what I wanted. She patiently saw at least 5 apartments with me and accommodated me quickly as she knew I was on a tight schedule. This was my first time ever apartment hunting and I couldn’t have picked a better person to have had help me. Thank you!!!

"Aggressive sales team, poor costumer service"

I was looking to rent a flat with them, however the agent trying to make the deal was insisting that we should just rent straight away without even seeing the flat - flat was empty. They are too agressive on their sales and I noticed that only in one month 2bedroom flats went from around 2060 to 2300pcm. There’s clearly a problem with supply/demand and for sure that QL is limiting available flats to keep rents high. And yes, it may not be logic from an investor perspective but guess what? If new tenants start to pay less than olders, older tenants will start challenging prices and move out.

lovely experience whenever I have an issue (which is rare) the Ferrum staff are always very helpful.

"Lovely apartment"

I have had a great experience so far, the concierge team is amazing (all of them). The only problem I have faced so far is more so with the other residents, I have never know a group of people to complain so much and without valid reason. If you want a nice, chilled and well designed apartment Quintain are the people to go with.

"Ferrum Living."

I live in Ferrum, the apartments are amazing, spacious and very comfortable, living in a busy area like wembley there is always something going on, the buildings are soundproofed greatly so I can shut my windows hear the sound be shut out instantly.
The staff are amazing Daniel, Barbara & Jana have all made living here a treat . The gym is the icing on the cake I can’t see myself moving from here for a while. I have everything at my doorstep in regards to shopping and groceries. It’s a great area I can not fault it at all.

"Be away of Quintain Living properties in Wembley"

In fact, I did copy this from another review I read as I couldn't agree more. Be away of quintain living.
We regretted so much moving here, and we ended up paying three months' rent to break our contract and move away from quintain living.
So don't be persuaded by the discounts they offer you as it won't be nice living here.

- Flats look nice, but many are riddled with issues and some with significant Heath and safety issues which Quintain Living have and continues to ignore

- The WiFi is a HUGE joke. Their replies to these reviews is very belittling. The wifi has caused a lot of stress over the couple of months and their response is “watch this space”. Compensate your residents for the damage you’ve done!

- The events are rubbish. Don’t even know why they bother with an “events manager”. It’s embarrassing and a highly misleading claim they make on their website as one of the “perks”. I have better events in my work coworking area than I do living here.

- Quintain Living act like a dictatorship and has restricted residents from publicly communicating with each other on their app. In addition to this, you cannot voice your opinion on their social media at times unless they follow you and approve of you. Instead of taking feedback on board, they silence it.

- As another review states, the quality of neighbours are not great. It’s the same group of people hogging social spaces, or making the entire place reek of weed. Some families treat the communal gardens as their own personal garden with zero consideration for others. Some buildings are basically acting as student accommodation.

- They are not as pet friendly as they claim in the slightest. Dogs are even banned from the grass , yes you read that correctly … the grass! Your pet is literally not allowed anywhere apart from your apartment or balcony. You cannot even walk your dog around Wembley stadium as it’s prohibited. They also do not clean their dog parks, so if you go in there, be prepared for the fact you may end up with a hefty vet bill.

- It’s very easy to get into their buildings without a key so the 24/7 security is total lies. It’s not the resident's job to inform them of trespassers.

- There are no break clauses in the contracts and should you be of the rare ones who want to extend your contract there’s going be a 20% increase in the cost of your monthly rent, or 25% for shorter terms. Quintain Living has little to no respect for loyal residents. It’s cheaper to retain then it is to acquire new resident, surely?

- Smoking , and smoking weed is a HUGE issue within their buildings and they do nothing to address it. Sending out an email warning people is not enough , it’s too late when there’s a fire. In some buildings you cannot even open the doors and windows as your apartment will reek of weed. Do Quintain Living act upon them? No.


To add to this list, Canada gardens has a problem with their lifts every another day where they take a lift out of service so someone can use it to move in, but they never put it back on, which means that the building with 25 floors and 12 flats per floor gets one lift and the wait times are far too long

"Don’t trust their lies…."

Quintain living is just a bunch of lies and false promises. The ideas they have might be good, but in reality is just a problem after problem. Total dictatorship where they create their own rules each week. If you have a problem, trust me they won’t be able to help. All they care is that you pay them. Apartments may look nice, but all of the stuff is such low quality, don’t be a afraid if you get a dent just by touching the wall. Don’t even let me get started on parking, their may be cameras their, but I doubt even one of them is plugged in. All is just for show.

"False marketing at its finest…"

As you can see by the invited Trust Pilot reviews , the only strategy Quintain Living appear to have is to mislead people into living here by a temporary customer service that cares, invite them to post a review and then once you’re a few weeks in with a signed contract and the direct debit is set up that service and friendliness soon disappears.

- They love a data breech. Funny how a few days after a phone was stolen from one of their buildings (cause they DO lack security, see below), a few of us were informed by Apple of data comprised. What a coincidence.

- In addition to their poor service, Brent is one of the most diverse boroughs in London and they only appear to work with white fashion female influencers. Many people have picked up on this… but Quintain Living fail to see it.

I guess Quintain Living should count their blessings Trust Pilot does not allow you to post photos as the vast majority of us here have proof that the negative reviews are being honest.
