Colin and Kyle excellent fitters couldn't be more helpful A+++ cleared away any mess left my property clean and tidy can't fault them both

The service we received was 1st class. The two fitters couldn't have been better or more pleasant. Came fitted the windows and left no mess. Arrived when we were told, so no hanging around. Very pleased with the windows and the workmanship,

"We got a new porch fitted"

We got a new porch fitted, a door and two windows plus two half pane panels. Thomas the fitter did an excellent job and tidied everything up over the day and a half it took for the job.
He noticed that our door was slightly damaged when he unpacked it and was on his mobile immediately ordering a new one. It was still fitted and hopefully the new one will be here and fitted asap. I withheld part of the amount due until it is fitted by the way.
We were originally quoted a fairly high price but after a wee negotiation we were able to settle on almost half of the first offer.

This is the first time we have had to pay for a survey for the installation. Another company whom we used previously didn't charge for this.
Overall we are happy with the finished product.
I am only giving 4 stars because of the damaged door which really should have been picked up by quality control before leaving the factory.

I was very satisfied with the service from Penicuik. They were able to provide 2 teams to fit all our windows on one day and were very professional in terms of fitting and tidy-up. Be prepared for follow-up sales calls though!

** AVOID THIS COMPANY *** There are better companies out there, such as Advanced Group, that offer a better service, triple glazed windows and a 10 year guarantee all for less monthly repayments.
I responded to an ad on Facebook and within 2 days had a salesman from Penicuik come around to demonstrate their windows and took measurements. I signed a contract that included a £299 non-refundable administration fee. The company failed to finalise the finance and then refused to take my calls to explain what was going on. Because the sale never went through i was under the impression that i would get the £299 back. NO! I was told it was non refundable even if no sale was made! So i paid this money for someone to complete a finance application!! Scam. The terms of the contract do not cover the situation where the finance cannot be finalised and the sale is not completed. What happened to my consumer rights? My complaints with the company have fallen on deaf ears.

The Contract Purchase Order number was 004396.

Very satisfied with supply and installation of our window. Todd and Calum installed window with minimum of fuss. Took a bit longer than expected but they left the house clean and tidy. Would recommend to anybody.

Do not let these charlatans any where near you. I rue the day I let them in my home.
Do not believe anything they say. 10 year guarantee is a LIE. Cannot get through to them on the phone.
If you are sensible you will go else where for your double glazing.

It was a freezing cold day with intermittent sleet showers accompanied by a chilling wind. The men arrived promptly and I fully expected the job to be cancelled because of the weather. However, they worked hard and very proficiently thus installing my new windows quicker than I had anticipated, much to my delight.

I received a form to share my thoughts on my experience with Penicuik and while I have no complaints about the work etc. the form also said I would receive a £10 voucher for Amazon once I had left a review. After phoning etc. I am still waiting.
