However we were charged extra for a care package which we stated we didn't want and the installers also left dirty marks over our walls. The care package was very quickly taken off our account, so overall we did have a pleasant experience.

"Penecuik windows - nuisance calls/fraud/scam"

Penecuik windows went into administration in Aug 2017 I am told. I have also tracked down nuisance calls to this number only by pretending I am interested in a grant from the government to replace my windows. First call is an automated voice, press 5 and go through the process (they will call from different numbers at least 3). I told them I have been getting these calls for so long, that 9 for opting out does not work and they promised to remove my number but 2 hours later it called again. I am reporting this to the ombudsman of course - first thing.

Great price for the job required. The salesman Chris from Ullapool is a lovely bloke. The glaziers turned up on time and were very friendly and efficient at their work. Andrew Allardyce did most of the work and I couldn't be more pleased with the result. I would highly recommend this company not just for the quality of their work but also for their customer service.

Awful service from a morally bankrupt company.

Quoted a price. Took my money.
Dissapeared for 5 months then cancelled my order but only after asking for an additional £600 because the company had changed ownership in that time.

It's now been 7 months and they still have my money and I still don't have any windows.

I've been lied to so many times it's beyond a joke. A morally bankrupt company that is financially in a bad place. Mark and avoid.

The main problem has been with one of the customer service managers named Guy who has done nothing but lie and try and weasel out of a contract that sadly isn't worth the paper it's written on from the customers perspective.
