Adam and Darren were the best team of installers I've dealt with and were extremely courteous and diligent in there work. I would have no problem in recommending them to anyone looking for DG windows or doors.

Excellent work done by the installation team, Kenny Ramage talked me through what windows he was doing first and what was involved, all windows were fitted perfectly and quickly, the facings and Windows are of excellent quality, from signing the contract to installation was very quick, Penicuik informed me on what day the Windows were being installed and what time the installers would arrive, with the bad weather up here in the north we are having at the moment I wasn't sure if they were going to be installed on the day, true to Penicuik's promise they arrived on the time I was told and work commenced straight away, I'd have to hesitation in referring Penicuik or Kenny to anyone that asked

"They made everything simple"

They made everything simple. The windows are very good and the installation is excellent. My house is noticeable warmer and the outside noise is no longer intrusive. My only quibble is that after making the installation appointment they did not ring to confirm it closer to that date, which I found concerning since I did not have anything in writing. I would happily recommend them.

"Penicuik scammers"

This company are not Penicuik they use there name to get a high price for there windows and doors.
They have went bust three times in the last few years so anything you get from them will be overpriced and of low quality and have no warranty as when they go bust again they will start up a new company I was taken in by them as there salesmen are con artists .
Stay well away from them they also take a admin fee which is not refundable

"we have multiple issues since our doors…"

we have multiple issues since our doors were installed last Monday.
1. work men arrive over two hours late however they did phone to say they had a flat tyre.
2. when they arrived they said that surveyor had measured the area wrong and they would have to send someone out to buy wood.
3. the company that was supposed to collect the old doors could not attend as they too had a flat tyre!
4. the mess that was left in my living room and bathroom was unbelievable.
5. work men asked me to sign a customer satisfaction sheet that they had completed themselves that gave false statements on all of the issues above.
6. cat flap fell off door within half an hour of workmen leaving.
7. rep arrived that night to give quote for windows and took details of above. further phone call that evening lasting over twenty minutes from Glasgow taking details of complaint. within five minutes of that call received further call from pennicuk asking me if i was satisfied with work done!
8. no repairs have been made to cat flap as yet. now 10 days later.
9. was informed repairs would have been done last saturday however no one arrived to do same.
10. received phone call this Monday to say rep had lost my phone number therefore repairs could not be completed.
11. repair was set for last night however no one again appeared to complete same.
12 receiving multiple daily phone calls from Pennicuik but door still remains with a GIANT HOLE WHERE CAT FLAP SHOULD BE.
