"Had two eight foot triple pane windows…"

Had two eight foot upper triple pane windows fitted in my home, price was fair and the units are of a high quality.
We required a scaffold which was installed a day before hand then the fitters came and removed the old units and fitted the new ones in half a shift with the minimum of fuss.
All in all very happy with the install and windows, but one star removed for a slightly pushy couple of calls from their sales team offering up discount codes on further work & tbh I really wasn't interested and found it a bit frustrating to make myself heard.
Update:
Received another call on the 24/02/18, so sadly the notification to stop the follow up offers hasn't went through.

"Mis-sold a care product when I bought…"

Mis-sold a care product when I bought new windows. Took £90 out of my bank account, I called to query it to be told I’d agreed to a care product at the point of sale. I didn’t!! They advised they would refund it. Shocker 2 weeks later and no refund. Have had several issues since installation. Bad company.

"Window replacement"

Window replacement - 15 windows.The sales patter is good but not always accurate. The fitters are first class, polite and generally very tidy. Did what they said they would do and tried to keep us informed of what was happening. Admin and quality of product in the case of the windows five marked or damaged. Four have so far been replaced but still awaiting one window that is since January. hope for replacement soon.

"Disappointed With Noise"

During the ordering process we were given the sales pitch of discounted windows if we would do a weekend installation, put a sign up for a few days but the discount was only available if we ordered that day. We decided to proceed with the order as the windows looked very good quality. None of the above ever happened. We had a week day installation and there was no sign ever put outside.
The installation was painless and the guys were very good.
However I'm very disappointed with the noise from the windows. One of our rooms overlooks a road and the noise from the road is so much more noticeable than my old window. I wish I had never changed this window, so disappointed with the finished product.

"Good product"

Good product, installed on a day and date which worked round my work schedule. Any problems were dealt with either by phone or email.
Installation was done by Jamie and Alistair in not the best of weather conditions. Job was done professionally and very little mess.

"Disappointed"

After 5 phone calls to sell us more we phoned the fitters ourselves to complain about the finish and the missing number still not contacted by them to rectify the problem very upset with the whole process

I would never recommend using this company to anyone. Got my Windows done and really unhappy, the expert who measured them got 2 wrong, the installers damaged my kitchen sink, despite letting the company know nothing was done. Then I got the regular phone call asking how things went and despite asking for no further contact the call kept coming. Shocking company.
