I have just had 10 windows and two doors fitted . The quality is supberb the installation was great ,but ......I have snagging issues that are awaiting attention.
I will reserve the final review until They are completed.
On a positive note George & Graham were personable polite punctual professional old school good joiners. Theyre work ethic was second to none .
Admin , customer service, and sales need to sing from the same page communication was sadly lacking and what was a good experience became stressful.
like I say will reserve final judgment when I see how long snagging takes to complete.

Very good customer service. Work men carried out their job fab. Efficient, pleasant and reliable. Windows are great my house is now draft free and they look great.

Penicuiks representive came to our house on 18th January I was given a price for the fitting of 3 upper windows and after measuring the windows we discussed and agreed a price, and after verifying this via phone a call to his office/supervisor agreed the price if the sale went through that night. The contract was signed and deposit from my credit card taken. We were told installation would take around 3-4 weeks, and we would have another member of their team visit and do another measure of each window which he did. Yesterday
22nd February 2018 I decided to call the sales office as I had had no word on when the windows would be fitted. I was told by the customer services that unless I paid another 500 pounds more I would not get my windows fitted and the order had been cancelled till such times as I pay the extra I was told that the order had been under quoted! I was shocked by this and explained I had a contract signed by myself and the representive giving an agreed price. I was told that it didn't stand as they could if needed and had the legal right to ask for more money if required. I left the representive messages on his mobile in a desperate way to get this sorted out as I was at a loss how this was able to happen and quite honesty I fell and still think this was a way to get extra money from us. Needless to say the rep did not return my call, I did call the sales office back as no one had got back to me and demanded a call from someone in authority as I felt I was being scammed, a gentleman called back who I believe could have been a director who confirmed that it was correct and did I want to pay the extra money to get my windows fitted, I would not be dealing with this company ever again and would not recommend anyone to order windows from them, I was never advised by anyone about this 'hold' on my order and only found out after called them. I was never told by their representive that the price I agreed could and would be changed, I feel that this and was just a way to get more money from us. I was not offered any alternative by the director. I WILL DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

Have had my son's window replaced, was an excellent job. Will definitely go back to penicuik when I get the rest of the windows replaced

The work done by Penicuik was to a very high standard. I did find the call centre that kept phoning me a bit bushy and one of their employees actually hung the phone up on me and I was very annoyed. Fortunately I am very pleased with my conservatory, doors and windows and I would recommend this company to family and friends. They just need to train their call centre employees better.

I HAD MY RESERVATIONS REGARDING THIS COMPANY AFTER READING REVIEWS ONLINE, BUT I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, ESPECIALLY THE WINDOW FITTERS DUNCAN BROADNEY & DAVIE, THEY INTRODUCED THEMSELVES, SHOOK MY HAND, VERY CLEAN AND TIDY AND THOROUGH AND TOOK GREAT PRIDE IN THEIR WORK, VERY FRIENDLY, FUNNY AND HELPFUL. I SHALL DEFINITELY BE GETTING MORE WINDOWS FROM THEM. TOP CLASS GUYS.
