"Installation of windows"

Installation team arrived on time, minimal disruption and all rubbish removed when work was finished. Silicone seal in some parts could have been better only discovered on closer inspection. Quality of Windows seems ok but time will tell.

Had windows and a door fitted by penicuik last year. When they finally arrived they had measured my bathroom window wrong, to solve this I had to wait 3/4 weeks for another window to be made. Finally had everything fitted and it all seemed fine until I try to claim my £500 cashback, at the time they had the administrators in and could not give me my cashback. Left it a good few months so they could sort themselves out now all of a sudden it's a new company and they will not give me my £500 cashback. That is for nothing penicuik

Installer Kenny Ramage did an excellent job.

I found the sales team to be accommodating and very knowledgeable of their products. Unlike other sales teams they were not pushy and left me with all the relevant information to make my own decision. My windows and doors were ready for fitting before the due date and a mutually agreeable date was quickly set. The fitting team were cheerful and helpful , answering any queries quickly. They left the work area clean and tidy after fitting.

The customer service team dealing with this order need a lot more training as too many mistakes were made during the order process.

My husband and I recently purchased a property and renewed the windows roofline and doors with Penicuik. i chose Penicuik as they appeared to be the value for money though they were not the cheapest quote, we are very happy with the results and would highly recommend.

there customer care team are amazing and I had a problem and this company have been amazing at looking at my problem the windows are amazing and really happy with them so I would recommend them to anyone who is looking at getting windows this company you can trust to look after you even after your windows are fitted thankyou xxx

"I had 3 doors fitted may 2017"

I had 3 doors fitted may 2017. My front door handle broke in February and after phoning to have it repaired under guarantee I was told it would be £100 call out charge and then extra for replacement. I phoned Penicuik first then every number I had and was told the same story until I was told that the company was in liquidation. I eventually got a local locksmith out. He arrived within half an hour and I was £ 180 pounds out of pocket.
The next week my hall door handle went the same way and I needed new handles to put that one right. I was £240 out of pocket for that.

To compound matters I had a phone call yesterday to say I was due a voucher for £500 and a further discount of further work and when I was talking the man put the phone down!!
I had a further call today and Glynis after I had explained gave me the customer service number which I phoned. I suggested that I should be reimbursed with £420 out of the voucher but I got short shift!!!
I went with Penicuik as it was a well established company but last year inferior products were being used. I am most displeased and will not recommend the company as I have not had a fair deal. I intend to write to as many papers as I can to let people know how you are abusing your customers.

I bought my front windows and front door and I am very happy with the final result. Friendly sales and installation, so will be a returning customer for the back windows. Great quality product, feel the benefit in noise reduction and retaining heat.
My only complaint is the amount of phone calls after the installation, trying to quote me on the back windows despite explaining I would like to pay finance on current purchase first.
Despite this, I am planning on further purchases in the future.
