Good quality windows. Doug and Johny were very efficient and friendly. They made sure everything was clean and tidy before they left. No problems at all.

11 windows ordered, glass in 4 broken on arrival. replacements came but again 1 was broken. On cleaning windows found 1 had finger prints, scratches and white marks on the inside of unit. This is to be replaced I hope soon. Mess left round outside of house. Forgot to say that 9 Handles had to be replaced as well.

The windows look great and the installers Graham and Kiran I ended up with were fantastic. The original price offered was much too high but the price I ended up with very reasonable. The first fitters I got were horrible and wouldn't install I was so pleased that they then sent the best fitters and very pleased with the result.

I absolutely love my new windows. 100% workmanship from Andrew and Tommy not even a tea break did they have. Real professional work from them fitting to the highest standard and explained everything from start to finish even brought their hoover and left not one bit of mess. So thanks guys your work was carried out and finished to 5 stars from me and bobby .

Windows appear to be of very good quality, and the work began on schedule.
The installer, Andrew was excellent and worked non stop to finish and give us a great job. His workmanship is of the highest quality and we would highly recommend him.

"Four windows were fitted"

Four windows were fitted. I am very pleased with the windows. Andy Mutch and his mate worked without slacking at any time, were very friendly and tidied up afterwards. My only issue is that some kind of resin was dropped on the tiles and into the bath which is partly under the window. I managed to remove it from the tiles but not completely from the bath where there is seme residue even after my work with several different 'removers'
. I assume that the drips were an accident and were unnoticed. I would like to know what will remove it from the bath surface please.

"Penicuik after sales care sucks."

The fitters having doe a good job, the after care service has been the worse I have come across. We have had problems with the front door that was fitted and despite emails and phone calls to customer services and sales people I am still waiting for the issues to sorted.
On top of this the sales people have been going around my local area saying that they have fitted windows at my address implying that I have given people in my area their details to the company, and without my permission. I would not recommend Penicuik for their after sales care at all.
