Had 7 new windows fitted today by your 2 fitters Dale and Ross very please with there work effort nothing was to much trouble for them, they came on a very wet day, they did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves, very pleased with the windows but time will tell.

Just had my windows installed in the last two days.love the windows and the fitters were very professional and competent and helpful.Also not a lot of mess and they cleaned up after.Kevin,didn’t know the other fitters name but they did a fsntastic job.Marilyn and Ernie

"Very pleased with my windows."

Sales persons gave us the facts and figures did not pressure you at all, the only thing was we have a large window and when the surveyor came we had to change the design as the window was to big to be fitted as one unit but a quick call to customer services got this sorted out. The fitters were Andy and Tommy who were excellent did a great job and cleaned up afterwards, explaining how the windows worked, they took 3 days to fit but the two of them worked really fast not stopping for tea at any time. We love the windows and would recommend Penicuik although it’s early days.
One thing that that I did not like was today I got a call asking if I was satisfied with my windows and would There be anything else that I would need done in the next 18months as They would give me a £500 voucher and 30% off, I said the only thing we might do would be a back door and the reply was you need to do 2 things to get the voucher but he could arrange for someone to come the afternoon with the paperwork, come on Penicuik I have just spent 10 1/2 Grand you could at least have left this for 6months before pressuring me into doing something else.
Other than the phone call very satisfied so far.

Only had windows installed a couple of days ago but appearance is good, operation simple and effective.
Installation by Andrew very quick and very tidy.
If longevity matches satisfaction to date, would have no problem in recommending these windows.

I had windows and doors fitted in June 2017. within weeks had to get fitter out to fix both doors as they were sticking and difficulty locking. had to phone again yesterday for the same problem. Was told they had gone bust and were taken over by new firm called Kairos?
Who were not honouring the ten year g/tee.!
What a con! Surely if this company are taking on the penicuik name - they take on the responsibility?
My advice is, I wouldn't touch them with a bargepole!
I only gave one star because there was no option for no stars......

Delighted with the installation of replacement windows, doors, glass roof on my conservatory, looks great .Customer service very helpful also the workmanship from Paul and Shayne was first class. No mess was left - everything was tidy when they were finished.
