p52576 windows installed scratches on inside of the glass.one sill they have fitted witch is damaged with chips in it and covered up with tippex damaged walls and chipped our bathroom sink manger came to look and agrees but havent heard from them since and more to the point i paid £455 deposit witch came out £1224 when made witch im still trying to pay but no one has any idea about contacted cusomer sevice they couldnt take payment for some reason sent emails with no reply i give up.and £1621 when job is signed off witch will not happen untill all the damage is sorted

have given penicuik £700.00 deposit and £149.00 admin fees over 1 month ago. I have called customer service 3 times since then with no courtesy call back or reasons over that hey are busy. I still am waiting on even a surveyor appointment never mind anything beyond this. I want to cancel and have all my money back now but I am not getting anywhere with customer service line, they say they will refund my money and call me back however I hear nothing back from them at all when they say they will call. I am now getting to the point that it appears they have taken my money and given me absolutely nothing.. What can I do but waste more time, going to Citizens Advice and contacting my credit card company to ask advise from them to have my money returned in full.

Our Windows were fitted quickly the fitters were clean and tidy. I was a bit disappointed that a piece broke off one of the ventilation covers after only a week but I haven't asked about getting it fixed yet as we've been on holiday. I have been really angry about our mobile number being passed on to other companies, we had four calls during our holiday, we've were considering getting something else done put this has probably put us off.

Had windows fitted almost 2years ago .firstly we did not know that it was not Penicuik own fitters .they did do a good job there were some area that was not finished but later they sent a fitter to rectify.this winter I notice marks inside the unit it appears with the winter sun also my husband noticed a small scratch again in the inside .this was reported to customer service to be told that this is not covered with the guarantee only the handles and locks ,I was told that we had to take out a payment guarantee .we have moved several times and put in windows from different suppliers and never had any problems with there guarantees .at the time of choosing your windows the rep never once told us about what the guarentee covered and that we needed to pay more money for piece of mind .staff at customer service didn't want to know we were told because we did not tell about the problem within 2weeks of windows being fitted we were not covered and we would have to pay for someone to come and have a look at the fault .which we refused to pay .we reported this earlier on in the year but since your add on the television says that they have a 10year guarantee this has made us angry .would appreciate some feedback .g main

"Installers did not turn up on the day …"
Installers did not turn up on the day of appointment. I had to phone to find out where they where. After being passed around different departments and depots, I found out they where coming the following day. Job was completed in 6 hours. This has resulted in an installation that is not up to a very high standard. Amongst other things a window is not square, a handle has been put on the wrong way round and another appears to have a bit missing. I had expected a much better service than this!

Partly my own fault for not shopping about! So paid probably more than should have, saleman said things that the survayor said couldnt/wouldnt happen. Was left no contact numbers after salesman left or survayor which was difficult as would liked to have changed a few things. First contact was with jobs worth doing to book installation, which was to late to make changes. Salesman said they dont sub contract which they do as it was jobs worth doing that fitted the windows on behalf of penicuk. The guys were good worked hard n left little mess. Had problem with my back door and they came out fixed it no issues. Jobs worth doing team great, penicuk not so!
