The starting date Monday 1st May was initially rejected by me as your workmen required two consecutive days to complete and I had prior appointments on Tuesday 2nd May. I agreed to work commencing on 1st May on your promise to complete in one day. Naturally when the workmen arrived (at 10.45 a.m.) they were appalled and prepared to leave immediately. I finally cancelled my appointments and also re-arranged dates for other work to be carried out in relation to new windows. The two workmen did work hard and the work was carried out on Monday and Tuesday. It was satisfactorily done, with minor scrapes to a wardrobe and a chip in a chest of drawers (both relatively new pieces bought April 2014). I am pleased with the installation but the venture was traumatic.

As I am still awaiting one window (that was the wrong size) to be replaced, I cannot give a 5 star rating, when this work is done, I would happily add that 5th star, as the work was done to a high standard, and the workmen worked very hard, left no mess, and kept disruption to a minimum.

Very pleased with the result. The fitters did an extremely good job on fitting the 8 windows. So pleased with the service that I have ordered another window and door.

Over all our experience was great, apart from the two guys who fitted the windows, their work was pretty good, however their manner was not. when my partner opened the door to them, the lead guy just stood there, he didn't say a word, didn't introduce himself, nor say who he was from. my partner told them to come in, the lead guy just came in and stood in the livingroom and didn't say anything until I spoke to him. When they went up stairs to start working, the plugged in and turned on the loudest radio known to man, they didn't ask if this was ok, then when they had gone in the front bedroom, they turned the radio up even louder then closed the door behind them leaving the blaring music in the hallway, I went upstairs myself and turned it down, they had also blocked the doorway to the bathroom for quite a time too with the old window frame.
after their 4 to 5 cigarette breaks and they were done installing the windows, the younger guy attempted to clean up, though not very well, the windows were also left quite dirty.
I was asked to fill in a satisfaction form upon the completion of their work, i wanted to write all the negative remarks, however the first guy was lingering over me as i completed the paper work and it felt quite intimidating so i felt there was no other option but to give good feedback.
I can't complain about the young lady who came to our house to show us your products, she was a delight, the surveyor and the final inspection guys were good too. Just felt a bit let down by the installation guys who did not seem to hold the same level of experience as everyone else we dealt with

Penicuck very professional from start to finish, windows installed on date chosen, fitters were very friendly and very proffesional during installation, and cleaned up after themselves, a credit to penicuick, the windows are of a high quality and i am very pleased

Order number 21290 .signed contract for roofline on 28th Feb 2017.said survey would be done on the following Saturday.was done no problem,then after a month never heard anything from company phoned on 12th April ,said there was a problem and technical team would be in touch 27th April phoned again asking what was going on said the would email tech team again ? Said manager knew and would email again phoned again on 9th may and was fobbed of again said call were all recorded and would definitely phone me back now it's the 11th may and still no courtesy call Don't seem interested since we already paid deposit
