"Horrendous customer service"

We had our windows and door fitted in February. We had been told when we signed up, we would recieve £1000 cash back after our windows were installed.
I have heard nothing about this since, and we have a couple of snagging issues, so I started my attempts to phone customer service 2 weeks ago. I was always left on hold for well over 10 mins every time. There was an automated message, that said if you cant get through send an email. So I eventually sent an email. That has been ignored. I then attempted to phone customer services again. Eventually someone answered the phone last week. He took details about our snagging issues and also said he would email someone called Rebecca about our cash back, and give me a phone on Monday this week with an update.
Monday came and went, and there has been no phone call or message left. This is now Thursday the following week. So got home from work today, and got straight on the phone again. Was on hold for just over 11 minutes, then the phone went dead! I am absolutely at a loss of how on earth I speak to someone about these issues, since nobody answers the phone, or phones back when they say they will, or answers emails!

While dealing with this I have had constant phone calls from another department of Penicuick, asking if I want a quote for more work to be done. At one point someone was very rude when I wouldn't accept someone coming out to give me a quote at 7pm that night. I said 7pm wasn't convienient as that was the time I would be putting my 1 year old son to bed. Then when I said I would like to speak to my partner first, before anyone comes out, he then slammed the phone down on me. Next day, sure enough again someone else phoned trying to get me to let someone come out to give us a quote. Still not taking no for an answer. Transferred me to someone to make the appointment! When the company treat paying customers so so badly, and have literally no after sales service at all, how on earth do they think that we will then give them more work? Unreal!

Our contract number is P52581. If anyone from Penicuick does see this, I would appreciate a phone call to sort out these issues. I will then quite happily update this review, if issues are resolved.

"12 months + still waiting."

I bought Windows in April 2016. We were promised £978 cashback if we signed the contract that say. This is written on our purchase contract.

Despite numerous attempts to contact Penicuik and telling every marketing call from them why I would no longer do business with them this is still not resolved. We are always promised a call back and this never happens and even worse they get my name wrong and despite months of correcting them they still get it wrong.

I have made a final attempt to contact Penicuik to resolve this matter before taking it further as a breach of contract.
