workmen did excellent job of installation however was annoyed by the constant telephone calls to have more windows installed. Received at least 6 calls within a week of installation despite advising that did not require any more.

Overall I'm happy with the service provided. Initially I was told that the first visit from your rep (Heather) would be purely to give us a quote and would take no longer than an hour -it took almost 3 and although we were eventually happy with the price, the time taken (and it was a hard sell despite you saying nobody would be trying to sell us anything) was unreasonable.

I can't fault the fitters they were friendly and efficient, they highlighted a scratched window in the Living room which they said would be replaced within a week. I know you have the details on record as it's been mentioned in a couple of calls I've had with you although to date ( almost 3 weeks on, the plane hasn't been replaced).

You did excel at providing a quick response, we were initially told it would take 3-6 weeks before the windows could be fitted. Our windows were fitted within a week of Heather's visit.

My lower score is to reflect thie unreasonably long initial meeting and the fact that the scratched pane hasn't been replaced.

We had 4 windows replaced. Unfortunately the technician when handling the one window broke the outer glass pain.
My husband is a 93 year old and when asked to pay on completion of the job forgot that the one window had cracked. He paid cash in full.
I would have withheld part of the payment until the window was replaced had I been home. The window was replaced after 4 months.

Installers arrived on time, pleasant and helpful. Site cleared up as well as could be expected with equipment to hand.
I didn't appreciate having to fill in the customer report form without having a chance to see the windows in use.
Windows themselves could have been cleaned instead of leaving them with all the installers marks
Now, adjustment is needed to all three opening windows and this will take over a month before it will be carried out. Poor service

"getting windows in"

Windows inserted in one day, fast and efficient service. Polite crews. No problems. Several calls from company since , I find irritating. Especially asking if I need windows replaced!!
