facias and soffits replaced . job completed on 16/12/2016 . to finish the job the guys had to break away cement and boards . promises to send a cementer to finish the job were made . it is now 7 weeks later . GUESS WHAT....no cementing has been done . several contacts over that time to customer services were a waste of time . info sent to installation dept in aberdeen . no action . i was given the installation depts phone number.......permanently engaged . WHAT A SHOWER . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you want an easy well done and finished job

From the time of placing an request for a quote online, to an agent coming to us, to the windows being fitted was next to no time. The windows are fantastic the finish brilliant. The fitters were quick and very tidy workers. I would highly recommend Penicuik to others.

Fitter claimed that all double glazing comes from one factory so all the same yet salesman said Penicuik not the same as cheaper ones. Bit confusing. Also kitchen window inserted had scratches on outside so we are having to await a replacement to be fitted. Rest of windows fine and quality very happy with.

The sales man (Steven) was very helpful and explained how the windows where made and how they would be fitted. The windows are great quality and not cheap and flimsy looking like others we have seen, they are very easy to use. The after sales has been as good as it was in the beginning.
