Probably the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Our windows were due to be installed on the 22nd November, with an estimated two days for completion, however we are still waiting for the job to be complete. All but one of our windows were installed within the two day timeframe and since then we have had nothing but problems.

The installation team failed to attend site twice after us taking time off work to be there, and we didn’t once receive a phone call to let us know. The next attempt to replace the final window failed due to the window being the wrong size. The next attempt failed due to the window being damaged, again after taking time off work. Unbelievably, just this week the latest attempt failed due to the window being damaged yet again during transit.

We get absolutely nowhere with customer service or the local installation offices, who never seem to answer their phones. The last couple of months have been such an inconvenience and very stressful. In hindsight, I wouldn’t have gone anywhere near Penicuik and I would advise others to think twice.

"Lack of finish and very poor after sales follow up."

Initial fit fine but job left unfinished due to "high quality" product breaking and left incomplete. Also marks left on surrounds, currently unable to remove.
Follow up communication to finish job unacceptable. It took 6 occasions to just get a response and this only happened following us stating we would raise a complaint . Visit arranged today (initial fitting was 4 Jan) but this was only to assess work still required, not the completion of the job as we initially thought.
All in all not very good service, extremely disappointed and certainly not living up to the sales pitch delivered and promised at the start.

the window fitters turned up on time and apart from no heating till everything was fitted it all went without any trouble. We had 1 minor problem that 1 of the lockes wouldn't work but after a phone call a date and time was made to fix it. would recommend this company to anyone that want windows fitted .

The team arrived promptly and appeared to work diligently throughout the 2 days it took to complete the job. The boys were polite and respectful at all times and I was impressed how thouroughly they cleaned up after themselves as they went.

There were no issues during the job and I am very happy with the completed job!

I am delighted with my new windows and back door. The installation guys were hard working and very polite. The only negative about the whole process is the fact that it took two days. I was given the impression that it would be done in one day. Especially as those two days were the coldest so far. Brrrr

"No checks"

Nobody been out to check windows as salesman said would happen. Constantly getting pestered to replace doors now, but overall windows ok. Would recommend but the pestering to buy doors afterwords is now becoming an issue.
