"Windows replaced"

We had all our windows replaced. The guys arrived early and got all the windows done in one day. I am so happy with the windows. The only complaint I have is that they guy that seemed to be in charge of the fittings was a bit rude. He also took personal calls while he was here. That being said the guys done a great job showed us how to operate the windows and answered all the questions I had. Would recommend to anyone.

"Product sold under the false pretext of government grant."

Replaced original 25 year old front door & side panel having been informed by the company there was a government grant available for doors over 20 years old.
Whilst the original door was old it was fine & solid. The replacement composit door is lighter & the entire frame moves when the door is slammed. No grant available!
Should have known better!

"Roofline - the guys that fitted the …"

Roofline - the guys that fitted the roofline were great. Turned up on time and never stopped until job was complete. Their quality of work was excellent. After sales was not great. Leaf guard had not been fitted. Was told by 2 people it was ordered but clearly was not as I had to phone numerous times before it was fitted. Did they hope I would give up? Seems like once you pay they are not interested in resolving any issues.

Installation team arrived at stated time and did job wth no fuss. We have now contracted for further windows.

We purchased two new living room front windows. We are really pleased with them and they were fitted to a high standard. No mess, no fuss, a tidy job done from a very pleasant worker.

We had a salesman come to the house to show us the products, explain pricing and help us decide what we needed to purchase. The salesman was not in any way pushy, very helpful and very knowledgeable about his products, all questions we had were answered there and then and we were happy to go with Penicuik having seen the quality of the product, the expertise of the salesman. The salesman took all measurements requires, surveyor came couple of days later to again take measurements and ensure all 100% Received a phone call to say they had arrived and to let them know when I would like them fitted. We asked to delay a month, absolutely no problem. The fitters came when they said they would on the Monday and were brilliant, very hard working guys. They came back on the Tuesday and finished on the Wednesday. There were very particular in what they were doing, reviewing each and every job as they were going along. They left the house tidy every day and on completion had their own hoover and went over everything - smiled at this but was delighted, both fitters on the job were excellent and knowledgeable, also giving us advice and tips on products to use on doors and windows. Would recommend the Company and these fitters to anyone. Also received follow up calls to ensure all had gone to plan. Certainly not the cheapest, but if you want quality that is definitely what you get.

The salesman didn't price the job correctly so another member of staff had to come out. The fitting of the windows was excellent. Still waiting to be contacted by the after sales person to come out and check the work and fit one seal that is the wrong size.

Great job carried out by first class installers. No damage to any wall or tiles with a minimum of fuss. Fitters arrived on time each day and were always very approachable.
