2 new windows with quality installation and no mess at a great price. No hassle at all and the workmen cleared up after themselves and were so nice and polite. Couldn't have asked for a better job. Thank you.

"A mixed experience"

I had 3 windows replaced and whilst I'm relatively pleased with the actual windows the day of fitting wasn't what I expected and I had considerable work to do afterwards. I'm surprised that no one at all from the company has called to check how things went- have found it very difficult to get through to speak to anyone- a case of got the money so that was that!!

Fitters brought door we DIDNT choose & it was broken! Manager came out trying to bully us into paying for it as I'd withheld payment. Then they offered to repair door that we did NOT choose! We ordered door with windows in august, it wasn't fitted until mid November! Not even an apology. They don't care what they tell you as long as they get your money! Shocking service!

"Not that impressed"

Windows are ok , The fitting leaves a little to be desired , I found on the paperwork that the sales person had ticked a £90 insurance for the next 10 years , This was never discussed as I have house insurance and there is a 10 year warranty on the windows , Sly way of increasing the price , I had to call and cancel the payment ,
The fitting was quick however the sealant is left smudged on my wall paper and on the outside of the house the edges of the windows are smudged making the windows appear cheap and tacky in appearance, If only the fitting was as good as the sales patter I would have been happy ,In fairness The quality of the windows are good its the fitting that is the problem , FITTED by JOB WORTH DOING .

"Front and Back doors"

The doors are excellent quality and has made a huge difference to my house as its alot warmer, The final price was good, I Cant fault the fitters as they made a great job fitting the doors and also finished the job and cleared all the mess away. A week later after the fitting, one of the doors started to stick at the bottom, The fitters were back out and fixed the door the next day of phoning penicuik which i found brilliant service considering i live miles away. Now the negatives on why I couldn't give 5 stars, When getting quotes from the sales people I was quoted a ridiculous price to start with in which he said thats the best offer he can do, When I told him i wasnt interested he then changed his tune and offered a 2 grand less quote, I felt why not quote that in the first place. I have been signed up for insurance protection for the doors which I wasnt told about and even asked if i even wanted this, This should of been offered to me not just assumed i would want it, On a whole i would rate 3.5 out of 5

quality of product good. workmen polite but quality of work on inside facings average at best.

Fitters arrived on time. Worked hard until job was complete. Left everywhere clean and tidy. Polite and hard working.
